Ales Hemsky Shoulder Injury

Has left the game and will not return with soreness in his shoulder.

Hopefully he just wasn't 100% recovered and hasn't actually injured his shoulder again.

Hemsky injured ???

Seems like hemsky is out again with an injury. ( most likely shoulder ) I feel bad for the guy.. I love the guy as a player, but if he cant remain healthy this year, should we just let him walk at the end of the year without offering him another contract??

Now there's no excuse not to start Omark on Saturday.

Took one post to bring up Omark. I was thinking about half a page would be the number.

What the hey, Lander on the top line. I guess somebody doesn't mind Hemsky's injury.

It's possible he's just sitting as a precaution. After the past couple seasons, I could see them being over cautious with the guy. Pretty scary though.

Cant see it being anything but a precaution because his shoulder was feeling especially sore or tight or something. I mean, NOTHING happened to him...

Well, if he's out a long time, no-one will give him a big contract. So we could get him back at a reduced rate.

Went off after making a cross-ice pass. Would REALLY suck if he was injured again.

I'm guessing he just tweaked it slightly and they want to be overly cautious about it

It's only his second game back since returning from shoulder surgery. Chances are he didn't get injured again, it's an injury that was always there.

All started when Boogaard cheapshotted him.

By the way, he's now officially untradeable. On the bright side we can probably re-sign him at a fair price.
