You can't be serious. Our defense was horrible. They did improve as the game went on. But first half of the game it was terrible. Oduya, Bogosian, Enstrom. All just brutal. for the 2nd game in a row. Time to get Meech or Jones a chance. It almost looks like in our own end they have no idea what to do. Does Noel have any systems, or what?? As for our forwards, Maclean, Burmy, Wellwood. To many giveaways, can't have that. Although aside from that Burmy and Wellwood looked good. Scheif needs to go back!

Ladd- Little- Wheeler.... Awful. No effort, no fight or battle. No hands, nothing. Our top line has been very bad these 2 games. Give them 1 more game, and if they have not done anything or still show no effort. Time for some new lines.

-Maclean experiment probably needs to end

-Kane needs to play with Burmy and Antropov

- for the love of god break up Buff and Oduya

-Scheifele probably needs to be sent down

- Pavelec and Enstrom had a rough first half of the game but both got much better. make no mistake though, Enstrom is the best player on this team and it really isn't even close

-this team really needed to keep Max Afinogenov two years ago...exactly the element that is missing to this day. dynamic forwards.

-Slater and Thorburn give you consistent efffort every night. love those guys

We are bad in the faceoff circle because our centers are bad at taking faceoffs. To remedy this our centers need to practice faceoffs

Not even sure what to type about this team, just a complete mess all over the place, turn overs, no puck control, zero chemistry, Buff pinching every time he is on the ice, etc. etc. etc.

Wow, Patrick Kane and Hossa were incredible!!! Winnipeg (spelled correctly), came on strong in the end, but too little too late.
Bogosian had a tough night! Ferrarro was a little harsh on Sheiffle!

Slater has been one of the best faceoff guys the last few years, he will pick it up for sure. Little has always been decent at best and Burmy is too small to be very effective on faceoffs.

This game wasn't all bad. The Hawks are high powered team.

I'm really impressed by Slater and Thor... they are strong on the puck and usually play in the other teams zone most of the time. Lits Wheels and Laddy are clearly struggling together... break it up.

Okay, I hadn't seen that before the game, but they just showed it again on TSN. Get it now. Sorry JetsetHabs.

If the Jets don't get a point in Phoenix we might have to wait another week. The Pens & Leafs (@ ACC) are going to toy with this lineup.

Yeah 2 games in season is over. Leafs won both their home openers last year, how'd that go for them. If it's like this 20 games from now then freak out. For now do the world a favor and ****.

We have young centres and Chicago are beasts in faceoffs.

Is anyone else very impressed by our fourth line? They've been very good so far.

Totally serious... our O was so bad. The D turns pucks over due to a total lack of effort from our forwards. Our d core worked hard all night... Although i agree Enstrom looked rough. Hainsey, Oduya, and Stuy were great.

I would like an explanation as to how the game ended, did the refs think, oh well nothing will happen in 1 second?

They were forcing breakout passes into coverage. That's why there were so many turn overs. Part of that is because of how Chicago plays but I'm hoping it has to do with a new system and confusion between the forwards and D. Maybe we should fail for Murray or Dumba?

Toews and the boys took Big Buff and Ladd out and got them hammered before the game.

I can some what agree with you. Stuy, and Hainsey where solid. Oduya and Buf on the pp goal did not pick anyone up or battle. Buf needs to pick it up. But yes, Enstrom, and Bogosian had rough nights. I do agree in that a lot of the giveaways are because our forwards are to far up the ice, not getting back for an outlet.

Enstrom has shown nothing in 6 periods now.

Maxwell can't get back soon enough.

Would the Bruins take back Wheeler for Peverley.

Hainsey was the best D-man

Pretty tough for Scheff playing with two clowns, you guys want him sent down yet he has the same point total as Ladd, Little, Wheeler with 1/4 of the ice time, the same points as Kane with half the ice time. Put him on the PP next game a couple of times before you right him off.

leave MacLean in Phoenix after the next game, have Cormier or god help us even Stapleton take his place!
