Ok, this is light years away from your Man Utds etc but I felt the sudden urge to share the result of my favourites today for some reason.
No red cards involved.
Anyone going to the Red Bull game tonight? Decided last minute to get a ticket on StubHub and check out the stadium. Sitting right behind one of the nets.
Found out if you sit too close to the net, the crossbar obstructs some of the view lol. Oh well, can't beat $20 for value and had a beautiful view of the goal
Yeah, the supporters' section for any soccer team makes the hockey one look like amateur hour, though now I know where that goofy 'I believe we will win' chant originated
It was a nice arena and atmosphere, I'd definitely go back again though preferably for an earlier start time. Or bite the bullet and drive there, though I hate sitting in traffic it probably would get me home a bit earlier than all the subway connections.
One thing though, if they want to call that a sellout last night, they're cooking the books worse than the Devils...people want to accuse us of cooking the books on sellouts but last night there were corner sections with only scattered people in them and empties throughout the uppers, even some scattered ones in the lowers.

They're owned by Red Bull GmbH.
It's easy for the company to buy the tickets and call it a sellout.
