He's still vey young. People were saying the same about MaxPac at the beginning.
It will come with practice and confidence, he seems like the type that works hard on his flaws.

He's also already a much better playmaker than pleks was, and has shown really good vision. I think Eller will be better offensively than pleks. Defensively, it's hard to be better, but he's no slouch.
We're pretty lucky to have a guy like Plek in the org though. It can only help this kids development and all the dislike for JM aside, he does seem to know how to develop players, at least the ones who play his style of game.

I don't see how that violates the rules at all. It's a biological occurrence. It's not like everyone participating on the forum is an asexual being.
To be honest I never had a problem bearing the name on this forum, it wasn't until I posted in the general NHL forum and I got into a heated dispute with another fanbase that all of sudden I got contacted regarding the name. Someone probably claimed that it offended them or something.
Am I only one who sees him as a more slick 3rd line c on a good team. In a Jordan staal mold? Not saying he plays like staal. Just the role. Speaking of which, staal is USA next year or year after no? I'd jump on that for 2nd line C after plekanec.
