+ Neal continues to impress.

+ Steve Sullivan had his best game yet. That one shift where he danced around the blueline and then went near the boards before firing a cross-ice pass to Paul Martin was great. Martin should have buried that.

- Jordan Staal. Scored but was largely invisible outside of that goal.

- Tyler Kennedy. He's been crap this season.

- Chris Kunitz. I almost hesitated to put him here because his all around game was decent tonight but he simply has to start putting up some points. He's relied on to chip in offensively. It's not enough for him to just have a good two-way game. Not with our big guns out.

- Fleury. Out of position on a few of the goals.

- Letang. A rare minus. Just not his best game.

- Michalek. Like Kennedy he's been off so far. Needs to be better.

Disgaree. Staal was very good on face offs, had some nice passes, and a few good net drives. Given that he actually scored a damn goal for once on one of his numerous chances (yes it was fluky/ugly/stonehanded) I don't know how he's a minus.

Call me a bad fan if you want, but it's going to be hard for me to really care that much until our team gets reasonably healthy.

Watching this team play without Crosby and Malkin is getting really tiresome...that's the biggest "-" I can think of.

+ everyone who played the game and aren't too important to worry about getting injured.

- The $20 mil in salary plus who are too important to the team to actually play.

Almost like half the team is still in Preseason mode! I mean they say they care but piff i no they dont care.

But hey outside of Sid, Geno, and Neal not much offense wise on this team.

God damnit i want to watch a healthy Pens team, is it too much to ask? I'm tired of watching us score 1 or 2 goals a game.

Just got back from the game.

- To the new theme song. It sucks, bring back the old one.

+ to Martin. Really solid.

+ Staal. Did some good things tonight.

Kunitz can deliver good results only when he plays with Crosby.

Very hard to get mad after a game like this. There's only so much you can do when you're missing that much talent.

Didn't see the game, what was neal's goal like?

Are we witnessing one of his famous hot streaks?

Threw it towards the net from the boards and it caromed in off a defenseman. Kinda flukey goal but Neal had a great game and just missed on a few great chances so he definitely deserved to have a goal.

What was Staal's goal like, how did he get the puck threw Enroths chest?

Bad angle from the boards tip in by a Sabre. Total "never a bad play" fluke goal.

Well if we are witnessing this i sure hope Neal stays hot for awhile. Without him scoreing and loss of Sid and Geno would make me kind of miss Buco baseball.

Time will tell. His shot was from the LW wall with it tipping in off a defenders stick.

Haha thanks guys, so not his prettiest then.

It'll be interesting to see how he clicks with Crosby soon.
