What's the deal with Anton But?

What's up Bolts fans-

I'm in a sim league and drafted Anton late in the fantasy draft two years ago think ing he could be a sleeper prospect. At the time, I had read that he was arguably the best player not playing in North America (I understand that could be a stretch, but it must mean he has skills). When I last checked, I saw he hasn't made the move to NA yet? Does anybody know why not, and if he's planning to soon? Also, if he does, what do you think his potential could be?

Thanks.

The deal is probably money and But perhaps not wanting to accept a 2-way to play in the minors.

I believe he could be a 20-25 goal 50-55 point guy in the NHL. He played really well in Russia this season even with the influx of NHLers.

What leads you to believe that? Just the fact that he's stayed there for this long?

Given his success in Russia, money will probably be more of a detractor than anything else.

Yup.

Zyuzin for But, Sascha Goc (now in Germany), and Josef Boumedienne (now with WSH - traded for 7th or 9th rounder - can't remember which).

Yup.

He got to WSH from Ottawa in a deal for Dean Melanson.
