Yeah, I would tend to agree. PP as a whole is very static, they're just not stretching the PK enough and creating lanes.

Definitely weird but overall I'm liking what I'm seeing from him. He obviously still has his gaffes but I'm finding more positives than negatives so far.

Don't question it, just go with it. Because right now, he is rolling.

The leaders meeting with Noel is interesting, and I love that they were able to discuss things with him. Having leaders who actually have some pull but also the spine to let their coach know how they feel when it comes to how some things are done can be a good thing. Having a give and take relationship with the players and coaching staff is key. I like that we've come together like this.

I'm also happy Letang got a 2 game suspension for his hit on Burmistrov. Well deserved in my opinion.

Good discussion re; the PP. I'm definitely in agreement that we should put Byfuglien down low (infront of the net) with Enstrom and Bogosian on the point. Then i'd put Burmistrov on one wing and one of Ladd, Kane or Little on the other.

It would at least give us plenty of options and enough creativity out there to stand a good chance at being effective.

Unit # 1

Ladd - Burmistrov - Byfuglien
Enstrom - Bogosian

Unit #2

Kane - Little - Antropov
Hainsey - Oduya

Buff in front of net = lots of chances.. remember when he played with chicago and he made all sorts of things happen.

PGT's will be closed approximately 24 hours after the end of the game they were opened to discuss.

Good news is, our next GDT is already open and is chock full of lozenges. See you there!
