Few line up changes, don't know why Babchuk isn't playing again, and hopefully Morrison quickly moves his way up to the first line or Stajan for that matter.

Great job on the GDT! That Oilers top line is red hot right now and should proved to be faster than the Flames' top line. My biggest concern is Bulter. If he can't get good position on those youngsters, nor keep up, he'll probably cause some penalties or odd-man rushes.

The Flames have more depth, and that should prove to be the winner, but if our veteran team is not physical or skating hard, the Oilers should be able to skate circles around us.

The word is Taylor Hall is doubtful for the game against the #Flames tonight with an illness. If he can't go, Oilers will go with 7 D.

Is Horak scratched or already in Abbotsford? He looked pretty good in the one game I've managed to watch so far (against Montreal).

^ looks like Horak is scratched tonight if Morrison is ready to go.

Thanks Flames666 for doing the GDTs they look great. If the flames don't play a full 60 tonight I cannot imagine why. Home game against the Oilers, and something to prove, enough said.

Agreed on the GDT's, great job!

I'm calling for a Flames loss, the Oilers are gaining confidence and that is bad news for a fringe playoff team like the Flames. Oilers win 5-3.

Ugh...Why is Pl3 playing. I would much rather have TKO or Horak in his spot. At least They have scoring potential and TKO can do the fighting. I'd also like to see Babchuk in the line-up instead of Smith. Lets go Flames!!! My prediction 5-2 with Tanguay, Glencross, Bourque and Jokinen(2) scoring.

You answered your question in your post. TKO is an awful fighter, dude has seriously one win his whole career

Did you watch the last game?

Horak is also a centerman not a winger

Here's an idea: sit both Kostopolous and PL3, play Moss at wing, and play our four natural centers at the four centerman positions!

Why would we do something that actually makes sense. As a Flames fan, I've learned that the simplest solution won't actually be tried.

I have a bad feeling about this one. I think the Flames D is going to allow a few bad ones early and the Flames will spend the rest of the night trying to catch up.

Hope I am wrong though!

I really hope both teams come out hard and play the whole night. This is a classic matchup of young vs. old. It should be a good game. I think it's good that PL3 is playing tonight because I see a scrap between him and Eager. The Flames need to play a man's game of hockey tonight and strike fear into the youngsters. If the Flames play physical hockey, the kids aren't going to get into battles in front of the crease or along the boards. If the Flames try to out-flash, out-skate these kids, they're gonna get served.

It seems like that doesn't it? The bad news is I've only been wrong once.

In their first 5 games, I've predicted 3 losses and 2 wins I think.

Kipper looked emotional after that short ceremony for him, hopefully it translates into a great game for him.

Why are they playing Stajan over Horak. Although he hasn't put up any number, I think Horak has been pretty good so far.
