Yes, it's starting on a bad note. There's 6months left. Let's wait and see how it all unfolds shall we? How about waiting a month at least, or is that too much?

PK in a slump..Gomez bash fest...Price shaky..Martin Sucks..PG sucks...We're weak smurfs..No offense..No PP..No PK...Cole sucks...

5 Games in. It's true, Montreal fans are definitely the most knowledgeable..

You wait until today to address that?

Moen and Gaustad were shoving, McCormick jumps on his back and grabs him around the head. You don't think that's instigating? I don't care about the other penalties called in the game, I was questioning that one play, but you can play it off like I was whining about the reffing if it makes you feel better about yourself.

Same people who said it's only pre-season right?

Any team in the league would love to have our fans - just ask Dallas or Florida.

Right, because there is no difference between putting forth a team with 7NHL players as opposed to a full team. Really want to go down that line buddy?

Never said other cities wouldn't want our fans. I said for a supposed knowledgeable group, there sure seems to be plenty of emotional clueless fans.

oh stop *****ing the lot of yous

our ES scoring has improved, which is good.

BUT

our PP is oddly **** and so is our PK. which is odd since we usually are part of the better special teams in the league.

combine these two facts plus the 5 game sample size and there's your continuity. but i don't expect our PP and PK to remain so bad, well, maybe our PK but our PP will most definitely improve.

but kriss is right that there is not point getting our panties in a knot, it's 5 games. statistically, means nothing.

what i expect is our ES to go down a bit, our PP to go top 10 where it belongs and our PK to go top 10, again, where it belongs. together that should mean a slight increase in scoring over the last few years. but this is a prediction, not a fact.

plus, it's the differential that matters, not only the scoring. calgary and colorado scored tons last years but where did they end up?

calgary +2. that's ranked 17th
colorado -12. that's ranked 26th
montreal +14. that's 9th

yeah
