I don't wanna say it, but for some reason i'm not feeling it this game. Hope the boys step up and prove me wrong.

I had a root canal done this morning, so maybe it's effecting my mindset until this f'ing freezing takes a hike and the side of my face no longer feels the size of a basketball. Perhaps I need a lozenge to get me back in the right state of mind.

All in with 1300 vcash on the Jets? The power of the Lozenge says yes.

"The ‘now’ is very good in Chicago. The ‘now’ back in the days when they were drafting first, second and third? It wasn’t very good. But the core of fans that stuck with them, if you asked them now, I betcha they’d say it was worth it.” - Kevin Cheveldayoff

Hey Guys, Leafs fan here. Just saying I'm pumped to be going to the game tonight, and though I will be cheering for the Leafs to win, I'll definitely be cheering the return of the Jets!

Also, what is this lozenge joke referring to?

No worries Jets fans.
All ya gotta do is shut down Kessel and you win the game. Take away Kessel and the leafs are 0-4 !

Plus they have benefitted from a easy schedule so far. 5 games in a row at home ??
Gimmie a break !!!!!!!

Go Jets !!!!!!!!!

Interesting Kane on the 3rd line.

Although I wouldn't split up burmi-antro-welly at this point. Maybe shake up the first line as there's really been nothing from them yet.

I was at the game in Chicago - the Jets started really well against one of the Cup favourites so if they come out that hard against the Leafs we might garner another W.

I like to look at it this way - with a win tonight, the Jets are only a game from .500 hockey!

I've got a bowl full of Halls beside my chair, ready to match Claude lozenge for lozenge tonight to spur the Jets onto victory. The only issue is that Halls and Alexander Keiths DO NOT complement each other.

I think Kane's on the third line because Noel doesn't want to break up the Burmi/Antropov/Wellwood line after Monday's performance.

Agreed, I wouldn't either.

We need to start seeing some genuine chances from our top line though. We can't win with only our 2nd and 4th lines.

Ugh.

But, you do what you gotta do. And in the famous words of Noel, "this is all really good stuff".

Agree. I know Ladd, Little and Wheeler requested to play together, but at some point here they have to produce or at least be looking like a consistent threat.

If they do neither tonight, in my opinion it'll be time to split them up and perhaps explore some other options.

I have faith they'll come along though, and I think they may have a big game tonight.

You have to go back about two weeks to figure it out.

Isn't there a honey-flavoured Halls? That might be a little more pleasant. Although, Lynk might be along shortly to explain the dangers of overlozenging.

If you mean he goes behind the net and fondles the cage quickly with his fingers then I can't say I see that really happening..

Sorry, lozenge overdose.

So Hainsey's out for at least 2 weeks. Wouldn't this be a good opportunity to call up Postma and give him a look? I thought he outplayed Meech in training camp and Jones already proved to be a huge liability in the Phoenix game. I think we could really use this kid's shot on one of our PP units right now.

It's not too serious, probably 2-3 games tops that he'll be out.

Everything I gamble on I lose. Slot machines, 649, lotto max, scratch cards, draws, 50/50, sports select. I play on occassion but always make the wrong choices. So this being said I am going to bet on Toronto to insure a Jets victory!! (fingers crossed!!!!)

Hopefully Noel remembers to spit out the Ricola before yelling.

I would not want to see Lozenge lodged in his throat.

Try saying "lodged lozenge" three times fast. Damn that's hard.
