Burmistrov: 9:19 ES - 4:05 PP - 6:17 SH. He can do it all.

And Slater needs to be healthy. You will not like this team if he is not healthy.

Great win! Burmistrov had another monster game and is the MVP again!

Special teams played well and helped us keep the lead in the end with those huge kills. The team turned it around as soon as Mason took over. Wheeler had a nice game, but he can't seem to find the back of the net. Kane looked very good. Wellwood, surprisingly, is impressing me. Little has been disappointing thus far and needs to start playing better.

Bombers and Jets win, YAY!
Top line - Ladd and Wheeler played well, Little looks like he's not trying
Line two - Wow, keep them together PLEASE! Kane was motivated, Burmi is unreal for a twenty year old and Antro continues to shut up some morons on this board!
Line three - Wellwood's a beauty, send down Scheif already
Fourth line - Good as always

D's were unreal, Buff will be Buff but I thought the D's played with urgency and blocked numerous shots, ya Randy Jones

And Great Job Mason!

Buff was 610th in +/- coming onto the game. I only saw the third period but I wonder if he's aiming for -100 on the season or something.

Top line is getting there... need to see a bit more out of Little. He had a good rush on the PK with Ladd, haven't seen him generate much even-strength.
Second line is solid with Kane in there and Burmi is amazing. Keep the combo.
Third line - not playing enough to make an impact. Scheifele got 7 minutes. Time to send him down and figure out what this line will look like.
Fourth line - please let Slater be unconcussed. This line can dictate play a lot better when he's in.
Defence - Not quite a complete game, the beginning of the game was brutal and the 3rd Hurricanes goal came after very sloppy play, but for most of the game, pretty solid and chipping in offensively without becoming defensive liabilities.
Pavelec - first goal he should have controlled the rebound better. I don't know if he deserved to be pulled right after the 2nd goal but the team seemed to respond.
Mason - solid job coming off the bench. Only goal against was a defensive breakdown.

Solid game, not their best. Special teams were great, 5-on-5 was OK. Playing against Boucher made things easier. Hope the team takes it as a confidence boost, especially in terms of scoring.

Two things: Bogo will be a beauty! Secondly, is it just me or is Kane playing to well lately and working to hard to only get 10 minutes of ice?

Now THIS is nice to see when I check the standings. And on another note, we are now only 2 pts out of a playoff spot!

14 Winnipeg 7 2 4 1 5 16 25 2-1-0 0-3-1 2-4-1 Won 1
15 Montreal 6 1 4 1 3 13 19 0-2-1 1-2-0 1-4-1 Lost 2

Jones and Oduya keep it simple, no costly turnovers well besides Buff's... but if those two can be even or plus players we should win most nights..
also still haven't decided on a jersey but a #8 is looking pretty sweet right now..
