You know it's strange/sad when...

Travis Moen is leading your team in Goals , points , +/- amongst forwards , shooting % (33%) , short handed goals , 2nd in hits.

Feel free to add one line statements that can maybe add a to the "You know it's strange/sad when..." statement.

Carey Price, one of the NHL's top goalies, has a 3.13GA and a .878% after 7 games.

Chris Campoli, added to the team to help out our young rookies, gets injured indefinitely during the first game of the season.

Moen has played really well and deserves those stats and I really don't think we can blame Price for the lackluster crap that's in front of him. Just my opinion, though.

Stick to the topic... Nobody is blaming Price.

You know it's strange/sad when your goalie has to defend himself night in, night out... Basically every single game this season, the opposing team has been running Price over and over, laying on top of him, all sorts of ****.

Price was getting frustrated tonight with all the Leafs running him over and over (the little tap with his stick to the back of Kadri's helmet and tripping one of the Leafs, don't remember who it was, after bumping into him)

You know it's sad when your team can't even change players properly.

You start fantasizing about a line combos that involve Yakupov so early in the season.

Moen would be better if he dropped the gloves. Why doesn't PK or other drop the gloves? If we can't win at least goon it up and make it entertaining. I can't watch their crappy play all season.

You know its sad when people are blaming Price, when the team scored 1 goal or less in 4 of the 7 games.

When your girlfriend complains about the size of your favourite hockey team, she might be trying to talk to you about something else...

Calm the **** down people. 2009. 4 pts after 7 games. 2011. 2 pts after 7 games. We got florida next and they just downgraded their forwards.

Stay on topic... and Pittsburgh was missing their 2 best forwards and best defenseman... We almost got shutout. I don't know what to expect from Florida.

Pens have been one of the best teams in the NHL going back to last year mid season while missing there two best forwards.
