The only good side is that we are in Montreal. If the first game would have been in Montreal, and the second in Boston, things would have gotten ugly for sure.

Was the Chara's hit on MaxPac was in Boston or Montreal... ? In Montreal.

When he starts making enough noise to make people think he warrants an NHL call up

I don't think the Bruins will go out of their way to wreak mayhem. They're in last place in the East and they can't afford any suspensions. Besides, if they play that way there's the risk of their suffering casualties too. Their players aren't armor plated.

Whom would he replace? There are no more Pyatts in the house and sooner or later Weber will have to be used as a forward to make room for Markov and/or Campoli. And then there's White.

Nah, I agree with ya, and outside of the blatantly obvious (i.e. Chara, Boychuk, Kelly, Thornton, Lucic)

They aren't all that big of a team. They have some repugnant characters on the team, but otherwise, the Canadiens are icing a pretty big team these days (save for one or two of them).

The 'smurf' tag should be tossed out and thrown away... IMO it's been a while since we were an undersized team.

We may not have a natural enforcer iced on our team... But when in a position to rather ice a crappy enforcer who cant play hockey, or a chippy 4th liner with some PK skillI'll go for the latter).

Enforcers are essentially useless if they have no hockey skill against Montreal.
It's the skilled ones that come in and leave us thinking... But they are very few and far between.

Habs and Bruins know eachother FAR to well as of late... It's going to be a fast moving chippy game IMO.

I wonder if anyone instigates on Benny in Montreal tonight... He should have gotten as far away from here as possible IMHO...

Huh? What team are you watching? 1 or 2 small guys??

Gomez, Gio, Cammy, DD, Diaz, Weber and Palushja are all under 6' and 200 lbs. 3 of them are outright tiny.

Yeah but that was a "strong hockey play", not a dirty hit.

Mild success?

D'Agostini is first on his team in +/-, 3rd in points (on pace for nearly 50-points), 2nd in goals (on pace for 33-goals). He's won all four of his faceoffs. Mild success, my ass.

He leads the entire NHL in +/- this year.

Last year, his 46-points would put him fourth on our team in scoring. He would of also ranked 2nd in +/- and 3rd in goals.

He's playing well, but I wouldn't call that amazing the way you're overrating him. He's out there every chance because their depth is **** on LW. Don't get started with the whole who won what trade bull **** because this isn't the place to whine about that.

PS. He'd be nowhere near that total playing the same minutes in our system last year. Hate on the def system, hate on the player; fact is: this was our situation last year.
