Not sure the Dolphins would do that. Money comes into play now. They'd be getting Bradford, yes, but they'd also be taking on that gargantuan contract which would cost them an extra 40 million v. who they'd take 2nd overall.

Miami is not the richest team in the league.

If Miami doesn't get first overall pick, they can get Landry Jones. Not a bad consolation prize.

This game and the Cleveland game have set football back a few generations...

I'm not convinced Joe Flacco will ever be anything more than an above average NFL QB

He's just so "blah"

He's the football equivalent of a "butter face"....the talent is there, but something will always be missing from his game to push him over the top.

Above average QB, has all the tools but lacks consistency and "it" factor that all the winners have. With the game on the line late in the 4th quarter, Flacco doesn't have that swagger that Brady, Ben, Manning, Brees, etc. have that gives guys in the huddle the confidence to go out and find a way to win.

The Steelers need to take care of business this week, then go into the Baltimore game like a shark who smells blood in the water...I want to hurt that team, leave no doubt that Week 1 was a fluke. I'm going to make a sincere effort to find tickets to that one because it's going to be an absolute war...

Kind of glad we did not just barely lose to Baltimore when we played them but got our ass thoroughly kicked. The players, crowd, everyone will be very focused and with a chip on their shoulders the size of a Sequoia. I am guessing that Heinz field will be very loud.

It seems like the Ravens don't even show up for their road games half the time. Regardless, the Jags showed a lot of heart and their D played great. I give them a ton of credit.

Even though that was one of the more boring games I've ever seen I still absolutely loved it. Not much better than watching a Ravens loss. Especially as terrible as this one was.

They still have the ability to be a good team, but they will never be a great team.

The two parts of their team came to peak at different stages...their defense was unbeatable in the early 2000's however their offense was a joke. Now, despite Flacco's flaws, they have the ability to be a very good team offensively but I think this incarnation defense is coming to the end of the line. When Stabby McMurderer, Reed, and Suggs go, they are going to have a tough time recapturing their identity...

That's just one of the many reasons why you have to love being a Steelers fan (if you are one)...they plug holes and maintain their identity about as well as anyone in the league.

The Ravens piss away any advantage we give them year, after year, after year.

After that 1st game, they had a clear upper hand on us, and they just can never seem to keep that upper hand.

I agree someone would take Bradford and his big contract and they'd probably be willing to give up a lot to get him too. Bradford is much better than Landry Jones by most experts estimation.

I said it then and I'll continue to say it now....

The Rams should have drafted Suh over Bradford. Now they are on their way to possibly getting Luck and could have had Suh.

You can't really play that game.

I would have drafted Suh also though.

On Roots Sports, Pirates year end show, they mentioned that the Buc's set a record for worst collapse by a 1st place team. The steepest fall from 1st place, after a 100 games played, in major league history. Only the Bucco's, only the Bucco's.

Sorry...had to do it. Good luck tonight, Pitt fans...I'll be at the game probably inciting the Pitt Student section, so perhaps this will be my last post. Lets go Huskies.

Looks like Graham's gonna be out for a while... Way to step up, Tino! Also, slick play call on that 2nd TD.

I am a Uconn fan (see location) and I think it has been 3 full games since the Huskies have scored an offensive touchdown. Our Youtube QB is horrendous and Paul Pasqualoni is clueless and so is good buddy George Deleone the OC who thinks this is the early 90's still.
