Which wins do count, though? We were told last year that late-season wins didn't count because the Canucks were already in the playoffs. This year we're told that October wins don't count because it's too early in the season. Are the middle two games of our 6 game season series the ones that count?
a) Get one by him
b) Storm the net and get the next one by him within 1 - 5 minutes of the first
c) Get the next two, three, four etc. by him pretty easily as he'll have given up
d) Watch him skate to the bench
It's an absolutely bullet proof strategy the last 3 years and Luongo HAS to get HIMSELF out of his head.
It's horrible, you can see it happening like clockwork and it happened again tonight. Luongo has to bear down, no run and hide. Where's the compete?
Now... Bieksa looked horrible on the 2nd goal, Sedins horrible on the 3rd but again... Luongo HAS to be able to make a save when his team screws up infront, beside, behind him.
Even if he can't stop those 2 he HAS to stop that second.
If he gives up the seocnd then he HAS to stop the third.
Instead he lets in a goal, blows a second, and then immediately lets in the third. Horrible. He cost them this game.

Not sure if he cost them the game BUT he certainly didn't keep them in it... and it's hard not to fault him when this pattern of his persists and every team in the league knows it now.
Man you guys lose and you guys trash the city? Man our city may not be as pretty as yours, but atleast we have smarter people that can think of better chirps.
And take a look at East hastings. I rather walk anywhere in Edmmonton then that dump of a street.
Man you guys won one hockey game against the canucks, and you come over to our boards to trash talk?
Keith Ballard back to playing 12:00 a night - 4 minutes less than stud Andrew Alberts.
How the hell does Gillis do this to himself? Keeping Ballard with this coaching staff and letting Ehrhoff go play 25:00 a night elsewhere - will go down as the worst move of his tenure.
Booth reminds me a lot of Higgins. That 2nd line probably could use some playmaking and vision. Could Jordan Schroeder get some looks there this season? Possibly the best suited player in the organization to play with Kesler and Booth.
Cory Schneider should get the start at home tomorrow night. He's simply sharper right now.
BotchonCanucks Jason Botchford
Was a typical story for Canucks this year. Poor start puts the pressure on Luongo. He bends/breaks. D unravels. Team rallies.

And this whole sentiment that "the team plays better in front of schneider" is a load (oh & stay focused on bad goals, it's all you'll see)
WOAH!!?!?!?!?! The media are the rational ones right now?!?!?!
