A lot of people seem to wish a return to Vice City for the franchise. That was great, but what also helped was the time the game was set in Vice City. The 80's vibe was great for that location.
If it really is set in DC I hope there's an almost exact, destructible replica of the White House.
And if you go withing , say, 100 feet from the wall around White House with a weapon visible, you have quite literally committed suicide. I want the **** to REALLY hit the fan if I'd do that.
Also, make the map Hhhuuuge. With Rockstar version of Baltimore. The Wire references everywhere.
It would be kinda of cool for it to be set in D.C. Start out as a low life struggling to meet ends and end up being a crooked/straight government offical at the end doing lines of coke and banging escorts. That would be a fun game lol.
Just when I thought I was done anticipating video games for awhile.

GTA with destructible environments? Excuse me I need to change my pants.

For some reason I thought of Clinton while reading this
I'd love something San Andreas related. One of my favorite games all time (although all of the GTA games are up there somewhere). I love how you can play for days without even starting the first mission.

I'm watching The Wire right now. And ever since I heard the news about Five, I've been thinking what a great setting Baltimore would make for a GTA game. However, after the grittines of IV, I don't know if Baltimore would make a smooth transition. Too similar
With the dollar logo, I'm thinking glitz and glamour; Los Santos and Las Venturas, perhaps.

And the soundtrack! Every radio station in VC was awesome. SA had a mix of good ones & OK ones, and there were maybe two decent stations in IV; the rest stunk.
Can't wait! Loved San Andreas and Vice City was really good, but GTA IV was just ok. Hopefully this one goes back to the SA and VC style more so than IV.
Vegas would be very cool. You could go in the casinos and they could add a ton of mini games. As well as killing everyone in the casino Washington DC could have a lot of potential as well. Hoping not LA. Boring.
Anyway, the last game I hated. But its GTA, so i will be very interested and in the end, likely buy it.
I really hope its not very repetitive like the last game was. The missions were not exciting and got very stale.
