Between Charles Johnson and Greg Hardy, I think they'll be OK at DE. If there was a stud DT out there I'd be all for him #1. But O-line has to be #2.
A #2 WR was an issue, but Steve Smith has come back stronger than anyone could have imagined, plus Lafell finally learned how to play football and even Nanee hasn't sucked that badly recently. But he's just a guy. Gettis should take over that two spot next year, with Lafell a solid 3 and if Nanee is still around he'd be the #4. Either way, those depth guys aren't needed as much with Olsen and Shockey playing prominent roles in this offense.
My new man crush in this draft has to be DT Kawann Short from Purdue.
This dude has been playing terrific so far this season, and on a D which is not that good, he's done really well without much help.
6.5 Sacks, 1 FF, 51 total tackles and 14 TFL from a DT position.
He's a Jr, so he may not come out, but if he does, I do hope my Saints nab him in the 2nd or 3rd round, from the film I've watched on him, he's really disruptive and gets into the backfield a fair amount. All on a defense that doesn't have a lot of playmaking ability (or so I'm led to believe)

Man, if the Eagles could get their hands on Devon Still (DT PSU) or Melvin Ingram (DE South Carolina) that wold help them alot. If they ever could get their hands on Mark Barron from Alabama (Safety) that would be even better.
Oh and my other man crush, Vontaze Burfict is dropping pretty hard right now.
I'm not sure whats up with him this year. He's showing very little in terms of instincts (which he did show last year) and to top it all off, he doesn't seem as fit(athletically) like he normally does and he's trying to make the big play instead of just doing the simple things.
He may drop to the 2nd or even late 2nd at the rate he's going.
He's playing horribly, and to top it off, his issues are bubbling to the surface.
Isnt RG3 a junior, so who knows if comes out. I think Kendall Wright could be picked in the top 2 rounds.
I'd say late 2nd early 3rd rounder.
Apparently Richardson plans on returning for his Sr. year. Obviously we won't know until the actual day, but very interesting that he'd say that so late in the season. Then again, Donald Brown was coming back UConn for his Sr. year too, and that didn't happen.

Really?
That's a bit of a surprise truth be told. Most RB's don't like risking a freak injury that could screw up their future. We'll see if it happens, I'd be shocked if it did truth be told.
The other guy I heard was considering going back was RG3.
-OL
-Actual WR's
-Replacements longterm for Urlacher/Briggs
Of course our GM's draft history says
DE with bad knees , Small special team players who suck at safety , Some WR from school we never heard of and 5'8 CB's will be the route Bears go (Cant forgot wasting late round pick on QB as they have done 2 straight years)
Bears O-line isn't looking so terrible anymore IMO
Webb has been developing at LT and isn't god awful anymore (only 2nd year in NFL)
Louis and Williams at G has been good (And both are still young)
Garza signed for additonal years at C
Carimi ? ,, Looked good then got hurt... Should be healthy next year for RT spot
It is actually a fairly young unit which has been showing some pretty good growth potential since early season struggles
Bears could afford to go WR in 1st (Or impact D) ,,, I actually wouldn't want Bears to use any of our first 3 round picks on OL

I'm just as surprised as you are for the reasons stated, as well as the incredibly short shelf life of an RB in the NFL, you'd think they'd want to maximize their money making years. He'll probably come out when everybody in the world recommends that he does.

RB's have a short shelf life as you mentioned. Just look at Forte and Johnson. Forte was drafted in round 2 and wants a new contract. Johnson, was a mid 1st rounder and got a new deal after holding out.
Based on the teams at the bottom of the standings right now, I see Richardson falling out of the top 5 and possibly top 10.
Even still, he's better turning pro than going back to Bama. Don't expect next year to get any better for the RB.
RB is the position you fill after you land your QB and LT. Then you draft your RB, followed by your WR. A good RB helps a QB more than a good WR. A RB can't run through holes that aren't open.
He is the farthest thing from a money guy or a glory hog (hello Mark Sanchez) and he has a legitimate love of that school. He will be a three year captain and will be the Heisman favorite and likely #1 pick in 2013.
I think it would be a mistake because of the injury risk but knowing what I know about Barkley I think he will be back at SC next year.

Cant believe players could be so stupid but it is what it is
I think Griffin should go back to school and polish his game. Even as a Griffin fan, I wouldn't take him in the 1st round.
Don't tell that to Redskins fans, they're extremely eager for him to go pro.
Right now, Redskins fans are extremely excited about Barkley and Griffin. If both of them should stay in school, it'd really hurt, because the Redskins are probably not going to draft Luck

I wonder if Murray is considering coming out? As far as running backs are concerned, I would have to think Trent Richardson would be the first one picked if he comes out.
If I was a team considering taking a WR early, if that team had another position of need (say DE, CB or something), I'd take that position, and take a WR in the 2nd.
Guys like Sanu and Fuller should be there in the 2nd and both have very good upside.
A guy like Hitlon too, if his height problem is overlooked should be there in the 3rd.
Just a terrific receiver class.
Vontaze Burfict, if he comes out this year(and if some rumors of him not being welcome back at ASU next year are true, he may), will need to have one of the best combines in history for him to have a chance to be a late 2nd round pick.
Every week he's ****ing up more and more, and last week he got benched after committing 2 personal fouls on the same drive, and after his coach told him to go back later, he replied "**** off".
If he comes out, he needs to sit behind a team and just mature. The guy has the skills to be a terrific LBer in the league. The problem is, he's shown none of those tools this year. None.

Barkley has done a lot at USC in his 3 years. He has been the starter since he arrived as a true freshman. He has about 33-35 starts under his belt. That's about the same amount as Andrew Luck and Landry Jones. No bowl games for him this year and last, but that shouldn't keep him from leaving USC for the NFL.
With the new rookie cap, there isn't the benefit of moving up from the #5 pick to the #1 pick next season. You look at the difference between the contract that Sam Bradford signed versus what Cam Newton signed for. Bradford 6 years for $78 million with $50 million guaranteed. Newton, 4 years $22 million all guaranteed.
With the new CBA, he's not going to be in for a major windfall by moving up a handful so spots in the draft. He's better to come out now.
Luck, you could understand because of the lockout situation the league was in. Wasn't sure that there would be a season.

Leinart was more of a glory hog than Sanchez. At least Sanchez went to the combine.
