Introducing the -New and Improved- Spinning Jets Logo

After seeing the new spinning Jets logo in the Rangers @ Jets game thread, I decided that some improvements were in order. Created in Blender and exported as a GIF using GIMP:

Feel free to use this wherever you please!

Thanks guys. Let me know if you have any ideas that could be rendered. I'm only a beginner but I had a lot of fun making it!

Holden: That's awesome man. You're very welcome!

Bigs: If you describe what kind of wallpaper you would like and how this would be incorporated, I can probably make it. Or do you just want the model rendered from a certain angle for you to use?

Waldo: What do you want, the .blend file?

Just wondering if I could resize it so it takes up more room on my monitor / desktop

This GIF can be resized (smaller, larger, whatever). Just let me know how big you want it. Just so you know that the choppiness of a GIF usually goes up exponentially with how big it is. Are you going to use it as an active desktop item?

I'm thinking maybe he meant screen saver?

I tried to use the rotating emblem as my avatar. I get a message that the file is too large. Thnks for asking. It's really cool and would make a great avatar.

No problem! I'm not sure what the avatar restrictions on here, but why don't we kill two birds with one stone! (Bigs might want to do this)

go to http://www.imgur.com

Select Web.

Type in (or copy in) http://i.imgur.com/d7Y9f.gif

Click Done (not Upload)

Check the box beside the image that says Edit.

Then click Start Upload.

It will take you to a screen where you can resize the GIF to any size you want!

Finally click Apply and Save. It will give you links to the new resized image.

How about a little sparkle on the edge when it rotates.
