Bah Hum Bug,

Sucks that Giroux is out. I was hoping that they'd still be wearing the same set on their long road trip coming up so it would add a couple games of wear to it. I got what I wanted but sadly he's out.

Very cool.

I just got a Giroux and Jagr black ice, a Jagr road jersey from Skatezone and a home Giroux jersey for Giroux to sign in Feb. I'll have to wait a little while on one of these Winter Classic jerseys

Did you see the Lindros Winter Classic jersey? I did a double take. Never in a million years did I ever expect to see them make another Lindros Flyers jersey.

Surprisingly not. Neither did the LeClair, Howe, Leach, etc.

In fact some of them had the vector on it, so I wasn't amused.

They just threw a few together to see if anyone would buy them. At least, that is what it looked like to me.

That's awesome man. I'm going to hold off on making one up until I can get a wordmarked 1/2.0.

I'm going to the LeClair/Lindros signing and I'm getting a game puck signed for my sister from Lindros, her all time favorite player. I'm excited but yours is a lot better haha.

Yeah, i'm kinda pissed. My dad went to the luncheon today but wouldn't bring anything to get signed for me. (Asked him to bring my Oshawa Generals jersey).

I wanted to go so bad but couldn't stomach the bill. Why wouldn't he bring anything? That's odd. Did they end up allowing signatures or advertise them before hand? You'd think for $250 you could at least bug them for a sig.

They definitely signed stuff. My dad just isn't one to ask for autographs being that he's a grown man haha. Just isn't his style.

Aw that stinks though. And I can understand his point, I feel a bit weird being obsessed with a player I'm older then in Giroux lol.

Bought the 2012 WC jersey yesterday. Luckily it was the last one they had. I'm still undecided if I should get it customized or not and if so which player?

After buying a Giroux, I have some advice for you... wait to see who actually can and does suits up on January 2nd.

Giroux, Pronger, Schenn, Gus, Lilja, Betts, Lappy down and all those kids and Walker up and down... not that many of those players will be purchased, but in all honesty... who the hell can predict the dressed players come the New Year.

I swear, it's safer to buy volatile stocks on the NYSE than it is to buy Flyers jerseys.

Plus think that some Giroux's have 'A's on them while others don't! Who knows? He may have a 'C' by the Classic.

I understand this is not the thread for it but, IMO, to give Giroux the 'C' could be revisiting the mistake made with Richie... Gotta give it to a transition Vet like Kimmo or Briere until either Pronger returns or they retire... and G gets it when he is good and ready.

Do they/you know something I don't?... What's with the 'C' on the Alumni version of his jersey?
