Grossman takes a skate to the face

Grossman takes down Zubrus and Zubrus' skate comes up and cuts him right on the face. Thank god it was on his cheek but an inch higher and it could of been way worse. We need a video of this if anyone has it.

I just remembered that the video was never posted, so I thought I'd bring it back up.
Yikes.

And here is an article.

I love how he gets up and skates to the bench like it's nothing.

Now that's a man.

60 stitches to close that sucker, but he'll don the full cage and play Friday.

Wow, he's pretty tough. He skated to the bench like it was an inconvenience. That's hockey for you.

Oh this little scratch? Yeah, I suppose I can leave the ice and let you sew 60 stitches into it -- if you must.

I think there should be a compilation of videos like this so I can show some of my friends here in Texas why hockey players are tougher than football players, haha.

You would think from the look on Daley's face in the embedded video picture that he was more hurt than Grossman

He didn't even go down, so he didn't have to get up.

That's tough.

Yep, no rolling around on the ice clutching his face for Grossman.

One tough SOB.

Now he takes a page from the Book of Robidas, donning the full cage for a game or two.

It's like when O'Byrne got a skate to the face, finished his shift, and needed like 500 stitches to close it tup
