There was a point, I think in the 2nd period, where there was a minor scrum in front of Biron. Avery skated in and just grabbed a guy and left it at that. Not exactly the Avery we're used to but glad he didn't take any dumb penalties.
Nice game, Rangers got "lucky" a few times when Jets players mishandled the puck or shot it wide when they had an open net, but overall di da nice job...Pavelec stoned them for much of the game despite the Rangers doing a decent job in the 2nd and 3rd at generating scoring chances.
Feel like the PP isn't bad, they just haven't been able to finish with it quite enough. They got chances on that 5 on 3 but Pavelec came up big or they missed the net.

Lines are just working. It was smart spreading out Gabby and Richards talent as it gives two good scoring lines........PBF line is a real good defensive checking line and the mish mash 4th line is doing just fine.
Girardi is a beast on D. When Staal comes back the D should be a strenght. Hope Stralman can help with some scoring although DZ has looked good
Great game. Step and Gabby looking great together. No coincidence that when the team is looking like it's having fun and not thinking, they're playing their best hockey.
