Getting Carter back to center the top line will be big. That may let some guys playing too high settle into their correct spots.

Didn't see the game, but it's interesting that Russell had only 8:20 in ice time. Did he get injured or benched?

Clitsome with 23:31. The Wiz with almost 28 minutes. He's earning his paycheck.

Well, that card can only be played once.. Teflon Mason came through on a very interesting blog day.. as I said, let's se how it goes with the new Steve Mason.

He does need to keep using purple/blue pads though, they are better than a goalie coach..

Good game boys.
This just shows how much we need Dex back, we need someone else starting in net than just Mason all the time. That kid needs a break and time to get his head straight.

This score put a smile on my face ... it's always good to see those gutless pukes go down, congratulations Columbus ... I really hope the rumors about Button aren't true

Good game. Thanks for the 6 free toppings on my pizza, Jackets.

Is JMac Jr.'s finger edging away from the flashing red button?

It would be nice if it really was opposite year for the Jackets.
Honestly in both wins we do look pretty good, I just don't get why we can't do this more often, so frustrating.

Winning is the end objective. If we can accomplish it without making front office or coaching changes, I'm all for it. Skeptical, but all for it.

Jackets are 1-0 when Bugg actually gets to watch a game in Salzburg.

You should try watching a game at Mozart's Bakery to see if that works in Columbus.

That it, lee. One win a week isn't going to get it, there will be changes. Maybe we'll like them and maybe they'll work. It's going to take a streak of good hockey to change the perception that every morning could be the last for the current regime. Tonight's game just proved that they are capable of beating a good team. Turn around and lay another turd like last Saturday and it will just reinforce the idea that this coaching staff can't get that out of them with any consistency.
