Seriously. I've been to two games this year and both times the flames have been shutout. Well I'm going to this one and if I don't hear 'Duck Sauce' tonight I'm going to lose my mind

that's really impressive since the Flames have only been shutout the once, they have scored 2 or more games in all but the single game they were shutout

Maybe he means preseason? The Flames were shut out 3-0 by Edmonton.

For a second there, I thought I saw Moss on the top line again.

And then I woke up from my nightmare.

This week is huge for the Flames with 4 games coming. Vancouver, Detroit, Buffalo and Avs. If we take 3 of the 4 we are golden. Hoping to see Backlund in the lineup this week as well.

Tonight, the Flames need some intensity and some hard hits. I am curious to see if we can pin Canucks in their own zone for a good period of time and cycle the puck like we did in past few games this season.

I was counting the EDM preseason tilt and the NSH loss. Regardless of preseason or not, going to back to back shutouts sucked big time. Duck Sauce must be heard, at least once!

Don't have a good feeling about this game, Vancouver has man handled us the last couple of seasons and will have a lot of momentum after laying a beat down on Washington. Calgary's backend better pick up the physical play or it could be a long night at the dome.

I think the Flames win this one 4-3! BMO will have his best game of the season so far. I think the Flames will get off to an early lead (2-0) and there will be a late push by the Canucks but I think the Flames will hold on for the win.

GO FLAMES GO!!!!!!!

Flame optimism: Flames win 3-1 with Iggy netting 2 goals and Kipper making 37 saves.

Reality: Flames lose 1-3, Stempniak scores the lone goal.

The parking is okay. If you are going to park close, park right at the Dome.

Also, if the game is out of hand, I would recommend leaving 2-3 minutes early so you can avoid sitting in your car for 45 minutes.

I just want to see Luongo chased, two points would be a nice bonus.

I would recommend just parking at a train station, its mayhem in the parking lot after the game. As for leaving before the game, well I have my own opinion on those people. By the way its Saddledome.

Hahaha, should have caught that spelling error.

As for leaving early, I just moved here from Edmonton and I'm a huge Oilers fan so I might be one of those people leaving early. I was given these tickets and my wife, who hates hockey, demanded we go, I would rather give them to someone who would appreciate them more, but it should be fun to be in a different arena.

I guess I will cheer for the flames because my dislike for Vancouver cannot be put into words, and I'm hoping for Luongo to get pulled.

Well if you want to park down their don't go right into the dome parking lot, find a private lot around their and it will most likely be cheaper to park, its something like $13 to park right in the dome. Thats if you end up going, if not I will gladly take the tickets

Not only that but Butler and Bouwmeester have to be solid. They don't have to throw their body around (though that would be nice), but positionaly they have to be near perfect tonight.

When a Sedin has the puck someone better be picking up the other one (and Burrows). I'm sick of watching the Sedins make it look like a practice drill against our defense. Hopefully the mobility of our top pairing changes this trend, otherwise the Flames are in for a long night.

Go Flames!
Its also the end of October, which means Lu might get better, but not tonight.

Keep it going Flames, make it three in a row and beat a division rival. It is important to play well vs your division and Calgary is 2-0 I believe so far (wins vs edm and col). Plus it would give me a laugh wearing a Flames jersey around town tomorrow

Might is the key word there. Seriously I love how nuck fans blame Lu. Look at those sissies in front of himn never blocking shots, diving and screening him regularly....

I hope Bieksa plays tons of minutes as the league worst in plus minus.
