If Ottawa End Up Drafting 8th-12th Overall...

Who should they target?
I hope we can get either Collberg, Aberg, Frk or Ceci.

I would say the player whoever falls including if it's a defenseman.

Galchenyuk should be definitely #1 on your list.

If I was a Sens fan I would want either Collberg, Marcantuoni, Gaunce, or Frk.

There's a few defensemen that are currently around there, Ebert, Reilly, Trouba, or Ceci.

Bold would be my selections.

Collberg should in the neighborhood at that point. Forsberg might be there as well depending on how things fall. I still think Galchenyuk is going top 5, even with injury. If I'm Ottawa, I'm looking for the best skilled winger. The more dynamic, the better.

It's too early to say really. The top 30 today, likely won't look the same the pre-draft month.

the sens will end up with nail yakupov at the end of the season. It's not that we're gonna be dead last. it's cuz bryan murray is gonna trade a few picks and prospects for the first overall pick. Murray himself realizes how deadly Spezza and Yaks on the same line would be in 2 years.

I may just start rooting for Ottawa if that happens. So many prospects that I've been high on keep going there.

The draft is 8 months away. If any of those players are still ranked anywhere near 8th-12th than good for you but this is pointless..

Ottawa should be taking the best forward available.

Galchenyuk may be available around that area due to his season ending injury.

You're secretly hoping for another 1st overall forward superstar aren't you...

Damned Oiler fans are so greedy!

Saw today that Aberg was playing with Zibanejad on the same line, could be a good candidate.

Trouba is overrated... I was not impressed with him... I think he may actually end up falling to the late teens.

Murray always drafts who the scouts consider to be best player available, regardless of position.

PASS on Marcantuoni. In the 8th-12th range teams should be hoping for:

one of Galchenyuk, Forsberg, Grigorenko, Murray or Dumba to fall.

More Likely -- Rielly, Trouba, Gaunce, Collberg (if you really want him), Ceci, Koekkoek, Aberg, Girgensons (my personal favourite to rise huge)

I wouldn't take Frk, Marcantuoni that high at all.

I want Martin Frk.

Him and Zibby on the same line would be absolutely terrifying.

Good size, nice skillset and a damn phenomenal level of aggression. He's chippy and can bang in goals.

WANT SO BAD.

i would say its gonna happen, murray can get it down. We can package possibly 8th overall pick, 2nd round pick, Patrick Wiercioch and maybe a roster player for the first overall pick.

You can't possibly be serious. Can you?

Even if you had the 2nd overall pick and included the rest of that deal, you'd get laughed at.
