Also, I expect the team that scores the most to get the W.

Rick Nash was on Toronto radio this morning, said the season is long, lots can happen not giving up yet with 70 games to go. Also said team was unlucky to lose close games, haven't watched any Blue Jackets games this year but it sounds like you guys are not as bad as your record indicates.

I have a good feeling about tonight's game.

I'm going and I'm wearing a hat that I especially want to donate to the hattie bin.

Some games were close but I wouldn't characterize them as unlucky. That said, he's right if his point was that there were a few games/points for the taking that the Jackets did not cash in.

Can the Jackets keep the pressure up? Can they score three?

I have a coffee bet on this game.

Please win Columbus so the several hundred Leaf fans I work with don't troll me

I don't get to many games, but we generally win the games that I see live..

Had 4 cups of coffee at work today. Feeling optimistic!! (and wired)

CBJ win!

Columbus-4. For the amount of cups of coffee I've had today.
Toronto-2. For how many cigs I've smoked so far today.

If this is how I predicted games, we get shut out 0-12. Been a rough day.

I see us cashing in on a tired team, though. 3-2 Jackets

If the crisis that got the players up for Anaheim game carries over, we win. If they go back to 2 goal Noel, we lose.

If goals against = cigarettes smoked in the day of the game, I'd quit smoking right now.

Well, if it's a 2-1 game, then we win. Right? We score 2 goals. That's kinda our "thing". I hope that's enough tonight!

Is tonight's game only being broadcast by FSO in unspectacular low definition?

As far as I know all FSO games this year are in HD. It's listed as such on my DirecTV for tonight.

I thought that was the case, but on my Time Warner listings, it's not on their HD channels.

Lets see, Toronto is in a race for first in their division. They played last night and won. Tonight they are playing the 30th team in a 30 team league. Might be a good idea to rest the top players because this is an easy two points for them. Their Marlie farm team could beat the Blue Jackets

According to Porty, Arniel has switched up the lines. Look at this bizarre lineup:

Quote:
Aportzline Aaron Portzline
#CBJ lines look like:
Prospal - MacKenzie - Nash;
Calvert - Vermette - Johansen;
Umberger - Pahlsson - Bass;
Giroux - Brassard - Dorsett.
Mackenzie bumped from the 4th to the 1st???

Is Arniel trying to get fired at this point?

DMac has been up there for a few games lately. It's short term, obviously.

Anything is possible. No one will ever believe Mackenzie is the best center on the roster.

Edit: maybe in some weird way he's trying to protect Johansen and have some offensive potential on other lines?
