This is one I think we lose I'm afraid. It's the combination of the days off, road trip begins, and more changes in the defense. Peckham + defensive defenseman in his first game = goals against... That's just how it is most likely.
They have beaten some pretty good teams....it will be interesting to see how Gilbert and Smid do against Penner and Kopitar....if they play together/against them...hopefully Belanger knows how to beat the Kings.
Just looking at this road trip as a whole I think we need to get the w tonight. The last 4 games are in 6 nights with the last 3 in 4 nights. Be nice to get points in the first 3 games before we tire.

Much of the success or failure on this road trip is gonna come from the Nuge. He's going to have to learn how to put up points on the road for this team to have a successful trip.
