Who really thought they'd start out 3-1 on the road trip?

Great game tonight, couldn't be happier.

Kane and Burmi are really coming along well and Antro as their mentor is really a good fit. I hope they continue to dominate.

Pavs is awesome, 'nuff said.

It's the great thing about having a young team ... people learn things, they get better.

34 save SO is nothing to sneeze at.

Team is really starting to gel. Not going to win the division or anything but they're a LOT different team than they were in their first four or so games.

A shutout with 2 call ups on D. Major props to Pavs, Noel, Huddy, Flood and Festerling.

What a performance by Pavelec, but the D does deserve some credit for preventing the second chance opportunities. They weren't doing the Keystone Kops routine when there was a loose puck in front of the net, everyone (even Buff) did a pretty good job of being in the right place. And the best game I've seen so far in terms of forwards hustling back.

Good games from the call-ups and Oduya, so much for the MYTH that the team can't win without Enstrom.

Good play from Kane, Burmi and Antro.

Third line of Slater, Glass and Thorburn played well.

First line needs to create more and score.

Wheeler belongs in St. Johns, bring up MACHACEK or KLINGBERG or insert Maxwell into the lineup.

Forgot Pavs who was great!

And the game they most deserved to win was the one they lost.

I say Little should be placed on the 4th line. He's done nothing... nothing at all. Unless you count missing nets.

Isles are really snakebitten, the turning point was getting out of that second period thanks to Pavs, he played sensational.

The Jets need to take advantage of a team when they are struggling to find their groove and that's exactly what happened tonight. Though Pavs gets a ton of credit for the shutout, great job by the bandaid defence unit.

Great game. Two more very winnable ones coming up.

The kid sent back to junior two weeks ago has more goals than Little and Wheeler combined!

Who are you going to put as first line center?
He went 12-6 on face offs this game. That isn't nothing imo.

I actually think Redmond is going to be the d-man getting the call up over Postma. Either way I'll be happy.

Kane officially awarded an assist and has the Gordie Howe hatty! That would of bothered me if they didn't give him it.

Very true. Little isn't scoring but your top centre cannot be judged solely on scoring (though of course he has to start doing that too).

Wow, they managed to play out that game and steal the two points in the end. Nice third period, the second was a bit scary tho.

Nicely done tonight by Oduya, Jones and Bogosian. Didn't look good at all for Jones though I'd be surprised to see him back any time soon.

Hopefully Stuart is good to go Sat and maybe even Hainsey Sunday. That would be huge.

What do you think the point is? Wheeler and Little are both ****, is that easier to understand?
