BTW, I will just re-post some videos I posted on the first page if you missed it.
These should help a lot.
Also, take your time to aim your passes.
The day after our poor performance i searched for some tips videos on youtube and found that defending cross-crease. It helped me much that, that night i raised my guy from pro 1 to pro 3. I droped from B- to C while playing club games and that night it took some 5-6 games to raise back to B-. I keep playin some random drop in games to keep development...
You guys should've got Xboxs and I could have helped win the championship.
11(or maybe 13?) games straight with at least a single assist(no goals, tho), ~15-16 assists total, and I'm a +19 or something ridiculous, all as a Defensive D. I've only played in drop in/drop out games and on at least two occasions I know of people have called me out because they've played with me before and they want to be on my team because I played well in the game before. Feels good man
I played one game as a RW and went -4 with no points, but my goalie let in four goals on five shots and then quit out(this was all in the first 3-4 minutes of the game), then we played well. I got messages from my teammates saying I was the best defensive forward they'd ever played with. Mainly because I just played as a third defender and rarely went deep into the offensive zone. I taught my team how to Trap
Whenever I get on I sometimes see one other player on the team online, but usually he(she?) gets off shortly after I get myself ready for a gaming session. Hopefully we can get Team Xbox going soon.
Tyra, you sound like the perfect match for our PS3 team, actually.
I play two-way RW myself (Antti Miettinen is my player name ), I rarely get a point but I tend to play very defensively, with Fel taking care of the offense. I am a very, very two-way forward though, but my problem is that when I get a shot, it's usually quite crappy, and I'm nigh-useless on close defense requiring agility as I use 13" skate blades for faster skating speed.
I really want to play a few games with my team but I find myself on when no one else is. I wish I could help. I've been beasting it up on LW recently. But can't play enough consecutive "great games" (thanks human goalies) that I can add more attributes. I'm solid enough (attribute wise) to help out on both ends but the more the merrier.
Hope to see you guys soon, sorry I can't help yet!!!
I'm getting better at RW. I just like LW because I shoot right-handed so I can one-time easier. I can also play center but I don't want my teammates pissed when I lose a **** load of faceoffs so I don't bring it up!
Can also play D if needed but I seemed much better at it last year which is strange.
So, massive bump but anyone willing to do this again? I'm craving for some EASHL and with the Wild playing like they are, it might be a good thing to lift the spirits a bit round here...
I'm definitely in if to play with you guys. If you already have an established team I can be a sub or something (don't really know how it works because I have never done it). Spent most of my time in EAUHL which I'm pretty good at it. Kind of new around the boards so I'm fine being a sub
