I remember in past years watching the other teams' broadcasts on Center Ice when the Capitals played teams like Florida and Atlanta and thinking the announcers just seemed so ignorant and disconnected from the hockey world. I don't know who does the Islanders broadcasts these days, but I've been getting that vibe from them pretty heavily tonight.
