Been looking forward to this one. No other team in the league has been so equal & same style as NYR in the last decade. Fitting with geography & the whole 24 hour thing in the North East,

Dont wanna be negative but it doesnt smell good for the Habs.. Didnt like the way we played against the Sens, a second game in as many days.. wouldnt be surprised if we are flat for this one.. 5-1 for the Rags, Price pulled..

Pierre no longer works for TSN, he's on NBC. And Montreal has it's own TSN, which is all Habs. The world is evolving, finally! Well at least Canada.

We'll win. Lundqvist is usually terrible vs Montréal.

Agreed, that he always sucks in Montreal, but were at MSG. Still think were living rent free in his head. No Valiquette? who's the backup in NYC these days?

I feel good about 5 in a row.

Given the fact we hadn't played in 5 days or so, I didn't think we played that bad at all.. We created a lot of turnovers and scoring chances off those, sure we made some bonehead moves and mistakes but I chaulk that upto rust from the extended layoff..

I think we'll have a better game today, we just need to find a way to win in MSG lol

Never liked watching games at MSG, just something about them. I expect a boring game but hopefully the Habs take home the 2 points.

Got a good feeling for tonight, 'The Drive For 5'! Also curious to see how Avery will act.

If there is one goalie who always seems to suck vs. Montreal no matter what, it's not Lundqvist. It's Rask.

Lundqvist sucks when playing IN Montreal.

I think Budaj is starting tonight. I was feeling pretty good about 5 in a row since I thought Price was playing. Now, not so much. Although I hear Budaj has a pretty good record against the Rangers, so we'll see.
Games against the Rangers at MSG are always weird. It seems when we're there we either we win a close one or we get blown out in the first 2 periods. Hoping for the close one obviously.

3-2 Habs.

Patches, Cammy & Gionta for the goals.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Habs!
