I don't disagree that Thorburn opens space but I think Slater has enough talent to play a bigger role offensively but he can't playing with Thorburn and Glass.
They haven't been together for that long though. Wheeler has been on the 4th line, or with Kane and Burmi, for most of the road trip already. Against the Rangers in the 3rd was the first time they've played together in most of the road trip.

It might be crazy but I think I would do this for a game or two:

Ladd-Antro-Wheeler
Kane- Little/Burmi (one at C and one at RW)

I don't know why, I just think it would be good.

I can't see them breaking up Antro-Burmi. Those two are so good together and have accounted for more of the Jets scoring chances than any other line.

Then again, I didn't think they'd break up the GST line...

So excited to watch this. Switched to MTS and have the Whole Home PVR thing, which means HD on my 2nd computer monitor. Feels good man.

Originally only had SD on another TV and the girlfriend hogs it.

Crazy idea: slot Slater in between Ladd and Little - Little has played RW - perhaps putting a more experienced center between them will spark Little like Antro has for Burmi after he moved to the wing (although I'm not suggesting that Slater == Antro in terms of talent)

I predict Bogosian will hit the net when he has an opportunity to score.....icing on the cake would be that he actually nets it!!

Very impressed with his play since Enstrom went down.....but with that boomer Shot he needs to put it on net and at least generate a rebound garbage opportunity.

I'll also predict that when Little gets yet another scoring opportunity that he actually gets some wood on it......that pass from Welly in New york should've been one-timed into the back of the net....but I have a feeling the crappy ice dictated the bounce over his stick. Just no breaks right now.....and it will change....soon!!!

Hope Buff doesn't cost us a goal......hope he has a great rush resulting in a goal to quiet the many critics out there....myself included.

GO JETS GO!!!!

Beyak had Mike Foligno playing for the Senators earlier this year and Pavs took a few turns in the Ranger net the other night.

Alright boys, time to finish of the roady with a win.
It would be really nice for some of our guys who have been struggling (we all know who they are) to step up and make a big contribution. Buffalo is a good team and it is probably going to take a solid effort from everyone on the team to pick up a big W.

Go Jets Go!

Say what you will about Jeanneret, but I still think he's one of the best in the game.

Wheeler back on first line tonight? Wellwood with Slater? Interesting they move Slater to 3rd line.

Holy crap Hawerchuk's daughter!

As far as Jeanneret, I do appreciate his passion for the game, but unless you are a Sabres fan, he is pretty annoying.
