Scratch Johansen and send Atkinson back to Springfield. All I can say is "Brilliant"

Sit johansen? WTF! What is wrong with this brain trust?
Let's waste a year of his entry level contract to sit him in the pressbox.
This better not be the start of a year long trend.

Does anyone honestly care anymore? I dont. I'm not going to sit here and pretend we have a chance at making the playoffs. We're going to get blown out tomorrow and I dont think Johansen should be a part of it. Play him against some weaker teams and if he gets hot, let him play. Until Arniel is fired and they're some major trades, my interest in this team will not raise.

LaChance = LaPylon
Funny, hadn't heard that one, but then I'm a rookie to HFB.
But not a newbie to CBJ. Our section's name for
LaChance was "NO Chance"

Sort of like the 2011-12 CBJ.
Not accurate - forget the "sort of like".

Welcome to the Scotties' laboratory, Testtube.
You have the perfect nickname for this failed experiment.

I wouldn't be surprised to find out Johansen isn't 100%.

I agree. I am already in DVR + fast forward to goals/fights mode. This normally doesn't happen until February.

It is hard to root against the Jackets, but I honestly can't say I want them to win. We need to get this hole as deep as possible before they find a way to get them out of the basement and out of the FAIL4NAIL running.

Letestu is too good on faceoffs (his strength) to be played on the wing. He's better served as a centerman. He's not as effective out of the C position.

Ah, but he's come to the land of out of place centers, we can almost ice a complete set of lines with all centers (though many of them would be more effective selling used cars than playing hockey).

Skating with Brassard, it's reasonable to assume he may be taking faceoffs, even from the wing.

Yep but he needs to be making 3 mil per season on the 3rd/4th line before we can lump him in with the usual suspects.

I guess Hagman is on waivers, here's a chance to get another 3 million dollar 3/4th line player we can put into the top six. Damn, if we only had the cap room.

At any rate, looking forward to seeing what this kid does along with this awesome new system we are implementing.

Of all the strange happenings of the last week, including all of those we expected but didn't see, the most inexplicable may be the benching of RyJo. That's got me stumped.

I understand the sentiment behind this, but I don't think it's a good idea for the team to lose. Too much fragility already. I expect even without rooting for a loss, the team will do their fair share of losing anyway.

He needs sent to Springfield for scoring a goal...he clearly hasn't learned that scoring is not acceptable.
