One of the worst reffed games I've seen in a while.

I've never seen a team use so many picks.

Solid road game other than all those penalties.

The "Vomiting" in your username is apropos because that's what I was doing for much of this game. Renney was shaking his head as he left the ice; I hope that he has some choice words for the club in the lockerroom.

That said, an extremely ugly win is still a win.

The kids have been getting shut down lately besides that last shift.

Hopefully they can work themselves out of this funk. I'm happy we have another line that can bring it when they struggle though.

Not the prettiest win, but they got it done. They don't give out style points, thankfully lol.

Kid line, more specifically, Hall, doesn't show up on the road once again. At least they get 41 games at home; should net them 40-45 points.

Man this team is good with d-men pinching. A few plays now I've thought they would be down and out after the d-man plays down, but there is always a forward right there, or they use their speed to get back into the play.

Gutsy effort. Not bad, not good, but ugly. Too many penalties disrupted the flow of the game. I still think they deserved this one, especially because I said they will win

Very ugly win. But this team will need ugly wins if we want to stay competitive all year long.

Would rather have lost this one after that effort.

Dont worry, we'll hear it plenty of times from around the league how the Oiler's only win games b/c of Khabi.

They don`t ask how, they just ask how many.

Feels great to have a goalie that can steal a win or 2

I am not really too picky when we are on the road. I will take wins any way I can get them.

Khabibulin is all-world right now.

PK did a great job. I actually liked Jones with Gagner and Belanger at the end. Gagner was doing a good job of flipping pucks into areas where Jones could try and retrieve it.

Smyth and Horcoff were both very good. Carried Hemsky for stretches of play although he seemed to get going a little bit at the end.

I disagree. Montreal wasn't exactly pushing the pace and i'd say periods 1 and 3 went in our favour.

Our success so far is predicated on Khabibulin being a wall and strong defensive play, but when our offense starts clicking... Watch out. I dont want to let my guard down, but right now i have full confidence in The Bulin Wall.
