The team that plays in Newark like an hour away from roughly half its [young] fanbase and always has following support on the road draws 15K+ at home with arm and leg ticket prices and times still tight for a lot of the working class fans...
No winner for the final game since two people guessed sellout...Lou's Koolaid wins the regular season bragging rights title with five closest guesses, edging out Boring Trap and ILIVM with four apiece.

PTC world champion!!!
Let's not have to do this for the playoffs. 17,625!
Eric and his team have a lot of work to do between now and April 17.
Right we got some high price seats. When I was up in Detroit they had seats starting at 30$ for the playoffs. Their 3 and 4th round pricing was comparable to most of our section from 10 years ago.
Well we can still do the roll call for it, or just have seperate roll calls since every playoff game is a big game.
There'll still be suspense for Game 3 but if there really only are 3000 tickets available for each game I'd imagine they'll find a way to sell it out by hook or by crook. And if they sell out Games 3 and 4, it'll probably be smooth sailing the rest of the way.

The carolina series a few years ago opened to "soft sellouts" in games 1,2.
We come back tied or up 2 that should get us 17,625.

Exactly my thinking on it. Down 2-0/3-0 could prevent a sellout but I don't think it will be an issue for Game 3 if they come back 1-1 or up 2-0. If they're up 3-0 though, game 4 could just as easily not be a sellout. People who would think about buying tickets for one game may decide to wait, assuming the 2nd round is likely, or saving for a game 6 if necessary.

I'd think being present for a possible series clincher would be a selling point for people.
One of the best Devils playoff atmospheres ever was when we were down 0-3 to Carolina.
Had a **** load of fun that day. Didn't give a crap still high over sweeping the Rags. Great to never have been swept in the playoffs few franchises if any with the amount of playoff series/games we have been in can say that!
