Okay, I've been thinking about this: Should Boucher start the game with his penalty killers, or put them on fresh, once the onslaught of ******** penalties begins to occur? It might be nice for them to occasionally stretch their legs out, and see what it's like having 3 forwards, even if only for a few seconds.
The prospect of it may also confuse them, or leave them unprepared and hostile for the penalty killing to follow once their new friend has been taken away. (The crushing return to reality). At worst, it leaves them daydreaming about the future possibilities of playing with a third forward. And daydreaming during a game is not relentless.
No, it may be more dangerous to expose such radical ideas into their heads so early.
