Further proof that these people really don't watch our games. They get the Highlights/lowlights and go from there. I understand you can't watch EVERY game but last night was a light night (in number of games on) and we were the LATE game so there wasn't any other viewing competition.

He did miss a game (way back in I think the 1st or 2nd season). But he was still the head coach of record, he just didn't coach that game. The result still went towards his record.

It is kinda funny that this line even got put together in the first place since it seems so anti-Trotz...a rookie, a guy who got benched all year during the playoffs whose defensive play Trotz sometimes hates on, and a guy who doesn't always get a ton of minutes. But I'm loving it!
Sad that I missed it last night. Watched the highlights...looked great! And it didn't sound like there were much dirty antics by the Ducks...someone told me Toots drew a penalty in the early going, is that true? If so...

Tootoo went in for a hit on McMillen, but missed. For whatever reason McMillen took offense to it, and decided to crosscheck Tootoo from behind away from the play. It was a high crosscheck, so we have given a rough. It could have been called a cross check, a rough, or interference really. I thought it was funny. It was funny listening to Ducks fans (wearing Perry jerseys) yell at Tootoo and for the refs to watch for dives and dirty plays. We, as a whole, are in everyone's heads that has anything to do with that team and it's awesome.
