After claiming Maxwell earlier this week, I doubt we'll see the Ducks put in a claim for Hagman.

Pretty sure Maxwell is for the A but I may be wrong.

Pretty sure he would have to be waived in order to play in the AHL

He is a 13th forward until Parros or Blake comes back. nothing more. That doesnt change the fact he was really brought in for the AHL im pretty sure

Except for the fact that he most likely will never get to Syracuse. The minute we try to send him down, the Jets will just pick him back up off of waivers.

I'm not really up to pace on Hagman.

Can anyone give a summary? Is he fast?

Sharks are hurting for scoring line depth and I'm wondering if he could be a possible solution.

Which will be after Parros and Blake come back and he has served his purpose. I dont see a problem here with this?

He is quite fast, has a good shot and play a decent defensive game. He is also usually on the pk. He can be streaky at times. Stupid move by Calgary - Hags had the best +/- on Flames and had 1+3 in 8gp. 60% of their team is worse than him.

Not the fastest but not slow. He's a streaky goal scorer with good hands. Sometimes he looks like a 50 goal scorer, but sometimes nothing seems to work for him.

Hopefully someone will claim him. He seems to be a bit lost in Calgary. He could still give a team some secondary scoring.

Would love to see Toronto pick him up, good penalty killer and fast. Would look nice on the third line right now

plenty of teams are under the cap and likely could use a fast vet winger for 1.5 which is less since 20 or so games have passed

Flames do need to move out older bodies and rebuild in my eyes though.

Hagman was a pretty good player in Toronto. I'd pick him up, especially with the Leafs offensive woes. He'd produce more than Frattin/Lombardi/Crabb.

When can we be expecting to hear if he has been claimed? I`d also would like to know from where all the "tweeters" that have reported Hags on re-entry got their news from? I cant find a legitimate source googling...

Pretty sure Bob Mckenzie tweeted it. Also not sure about when we find out, but my best guess is tomorrow morning.

must be noon 2mor, isnt that the 48 hr weekend rule?

Is this the first time Hagman has been on re-entry? I have seen him on waivers a bunch but I dont think they ever sent him down and put him back up through re-entry

someone must of said i'll take him at half and the Flames are looking to shake things up

He did yeah, but there should really be an official list where u can c this stuff. If someone "Tweets" Crosby for Backlund trade - Does it mean its official?

Feaster commented to a Calgary reporter as well, saying he will talk to Hagman if he clears

I wouldn't mind Hagman at half price.

Jets have weak depth at LW after Ladd and Kane. When Jason Jaffray (10 points in 36 career NHL days) is called up to try and provide scoring as a 3rd line LW, you know you need help.

Never underestimate Garth Snow. He'll be there to troll some other GM who actually needs Hagman and snatch him up.

Except we have no room for him so he's not getting claimed by the Islanders. Garth didn't claim Eric Nystrom.
