Great two points tonight to stay with the other Eastern teams that won in Toronto and Boston.
The more and more I watch Patches, this his team soon. He is so dominate out there and confident, he is playing so well both ends, and passing and shooting too.
If we had a top notch 1st line centre to play with him it would be scary.

Dear Santa,
For christmas, I would like to have some penalties called for my Habs. I hope this is not too much to ask. Tonight wasn't that bad, the refs were flat out on vacation, but when the other team gets all the calls, it's really annoying.

We still have a winning record in the Nokelanien era.
Good win, we played bad at times but considering who we are missing and the Yotes have looking good lately, it really was a good result.

Eller had a good game despite not getting on the score sheet. He was carrying a pretty poor line on even strength and set up the winning goal despite not making the pass to Gorges.

Ugly, messy game, but the Habs grinded out the win. Emelin in for Diaz next game please.

Gorges rocks the knucklepuck for the game winner. Good to iwin without so many key guys. That being said, 51 between 67 and 72 is such a waste. Guy is terrible out there.

What a lively GDT and PGT. Really boring game, good to get a win though.

I thought Desharnais didn't have a great game, but one thing I didn't notice was his face-off proficiency tonight - 13-5, pretty damn good.
