Indeed. It would be great to get him back and have him stay healthy.

Can't wait to have Lats back. and all the semi creepy "big bear" comments that come with that.

I honestly went a week totally forgetting he was even on the team. He has missed so many games the last two years ...... I don't think the Wild should resign him, too injured.

You cant hold a concussion against him. I think he worked his ass off this offseason making sure he was in top conditioning shape and therefore healthy.

He isn't 100% yet.

Dont' rush em...team is firing on all cylinders anyways. Sure he's kind of worried about it though.

^Exactly.

There's really no need to rush him. Also, I'm sure the doctors wouldn't let him come back if he isn't 100%.

Concussions are serious injuries.

I guess I'm just doing too good a of a job learning how to tune their inane commentary out, and so some of the meaningful stuff like that fails to get past my filter.

Damned good to know tho. Thanks!

The speculation about Gui practicing with the team was correct. Zids, Falk and Harding also were back with the team today.

Don't be surprised to see him coming back this week or in the next 10 days.

Hows his conditioning? I dont want him coming back until hes properly conditioned. Remember how he rushed things and blew out his leg last year because he was improperly conditioned.

Everything worked well for him during the practice and he felt great on the ice, too.

If I had to guess, I'd say we will see him back on Saturday night against the Isles.

EDIT: Oh and don't worry, he's still in a good shape.

Awesome. Is it wrong that I'm expecting the Wild to start improving when he comes back?

Why would it be wrong?

Guillaume is a huge key for the Wild so that'd make sense.

This is awesome news. He is one of if not our best goal scorer. He brings a great physical game but can turn into a finesse player at anytime. I just want him to be healthy. He really helps round out our top six, I wonder where he plays when he comes back though.

Lats Koivu Heatley
Bouchard Cullen Wellman
Johnson Brodz Clutter
Gilles Powe don't care

I know the first line is slow as heck, but we can't break up Cullen and IMO they have shown real chemistry and I love our second line.

plan b

Clutter Koivu Heatley
Bouchard Cullen Lats
Johnson Brodz Wellman
Gilles Powe don't care

Clutter adds great speed and forechecking for that top line. Lats adds a physical element to the second and Broziak and Johnson don't even need a third linemate because no one can take it from them when their cycling, not to say Wellman hasn't been playing great.

That really sucks that Cullen is out, but don't we usually have some kind of illness sweep through the roster around this time each year? Hopefully the Gatorade bottles are laced with Vitamin C while Cully's sick.

Also, welcome back Big Bear, Terhaar is already giddy with excitement.

Yeah we usually have a bug that goes around. Hopefully sending Cullen back home helps prevent this.
