Neat concept. But same with the Bombers ones, they'll just be a target for theft.

Will they be "Extemely Limited" like the Bomber ones that are very common?

Do other cities have all different kinds of license plates?

I guess non-standard is the new standard.

Different plates seem to be all the rage in the US... North Dakota and Minnesota have different plates for various things. And they are all different.

As for a Jets plate... I was hoping they would make one, if this happens, I'll be getting one for sure!

Go Jets Go!

Do you have any numbers on this? I have a friend who works for MPI and when the story first broke that people were stealing the plates and you should run out and buy the theft proof bolts, my friend said there was not a single case reported. Seems to me it was a rumor and merchants were taking advantage of that by selling the locking bolts.

Could be different now but I still suspect there aren't that many case of the plates being stolen.

The anti-theft bolts are useless anyways. They all look like the can be defeated by a good pair of pliers.

Good idea. Kind of a money grab thou, who gets the profits from the sales of these plates?

I won't be getting one, I like the concept though... why not.

You can put it on your vehicle, do a gas and go and not have to worry about the cameras catching your plates.

I know multiple team plates are available in Ontario - Raptors, Jays, Leafs, Sens... maybe more.

The bombers plates are kinda ugly - Blue letters on blue plates? ugh.

Hopefully the Jets ones are nicer. Whether the rumoured timeline is true or not, I'll be getting Jets plates once they come out!
