Something I noticed/loved--
MTL fans clap after a nice save---by the opposing team.

My wife and I had a great time in Nashville and (as Habs fans) at the game! We found the people there to be very freindly. We drew a lot of looks because of our jersey's. (Both Sergei Kostitsyn, mine was London Knights, hers was Belarus) Loved the 6pm start, which i assume was done to accomodate HNIC, but it allowed us to head back to the hotel to get changed, then head to the Ryman for the 9:30 show.

Congratulations on the 1000'th game, we were excited to be a part of it. We couldn't see and do everything in Nashville we wanted, we are looking forward to coming back!

THNAK YOU for your extra nice posting. This was one game I really didn't feel bad about walking away from a PREDS loss, not only because of the opponent but their fans as well. No wonder this is the elite organization of the National Hockey League!! Hurry back and enjoy more of Music City/Smashville.

I saw you standing in the hallway by the concessions I even mentioned it to my dad and the lady we were with. We live in London so it is a jersey I know well. Glad you had a good time at the game this was my second trip in 3 years for the HABS game and as like last time it was a great time.

No problem if I can help out I will be glad to do so. Give me a shout if you make it up this way and I can give you a tour I am always up for taking guests to the HHOF you can never get enough of that place. Plus it is the only way Leaf players and fans alike ever get to see the cup lol...

True. I don't think he's that important anymore. Weber and Rinne are definitely much bigger than Toots.

Of course even last year I had a conversation with a woman who stopped following the Preds because they traded Mike Dunham

Some, not all, women are different in that respect I find. Some of them develop crushes on a particular player and when he leaves, they realize that was the only reason they were watching.

I've got a friend who has that going on with Pekka. If it weren't for him she wouldn't care. At least we've got her hooked for 7ish years now.

The game was a sellout, btw

Anyways, good meeting you. Sorry I was so lethargic. My trip to Europe had me thinking it was 4AM rather than 10PM. Hope to get together before or after the game next time. Let me know when you are in town again man.

We're practically neighbors! We live in the Cleardale area. We flew out of Detroit late Wednesday night and flew back Sunday morning

Dryden you should've stayed until Friday so you could've played the part of a Preds fan Thursday night when the Leafs come to town haha
