I always park in the River Center lot mainly because it's right there and it's the easiest for me to get in and out from there. It's generally the most expensive, both I go with it after weighing the ease of use compared to others. It's especially perfect if you live South of the X.

I just park on an off-street down 7th. Yes, its six plus blocks of a walk in the snow most of the time, but it's free and actually really fun when it's snowing and the dt lights of St. Paul look awesome.
We've had season tix since day 1 and only used the Lawson Commons for 3-4 years. It got too expensive (20+ games a year) and hard to pass over to people buying our tickets.
So, doing this the last few years is great. And, be able to catch a drink on the way there or back at Tom Reid's is totally worth it...
I always park in the Crowne Plaza parking lot when I can. Little bit of a walk but it's a nice heated parking lot and you don't have to worry about things getting stolen. If the Crowne Plaza parking is closed I'll usually park right in the bank parking lot right behind it.
