Great vid! I'm just itching for his NHL debut. The way Wild have played this season under Yeo has me very optimistic for 2012-13. Granlund brings much needed creativity and unreal hockey sense for the Wild offense, elevating the play of his linemates.
My expectations for Granlund when he'll make the jump to NHL is:
When some random guys talk about Wild (not Wild fans), they won't be like "yes, minny 1-4 trap, clutterbuck gives dirty hits etc.", "I don't
understand how team like minny plays in NHL".
But they'll talk like this: "wonderful young and talented team expecially that Finnish kid", "oh yeah. I would do anything to get him to our X team"
With those two goals, Granlund became the first player this season to reach the 30-point mark. He now has a one point lead over Tomas Zaborsky in the scoring race.

Wild will offer rookie max contract, it's up to Granlund to decide if he wants to play for Minnesota or whoever is #2 in the draft (Anny? Lumby? Isley?) or whoever we trade him to for a 1st++.

I'm absolutely convinced he'll sign with us. Does that mean he really will? No, but who's going to turn down playing with their national team's captain, and one of their goalies?
Plus, like you said, management is going to cater to him. Once MG comes over, it's going to be Mikko who? Well, not really that extreme, but the team will be built around him, I'm sure of it. They'll probably even make an exception on the 'jersey-number-under-50' thing for him

Definitely must be, can't imagine him playing with other number than 64, even though i've seen him use a different number once, i think it was 21 or 22.
btw just a random thing: Granlund has right now 11 goals and is tied 4th in goals scored, leads assists with 20.

Finns would be very insulted that he doesn't want to play for Mikko Koivu's team (he's a national hero here aswell). And as far as finnish media is concerned there's no better place to play than in the same team as Koivu.

3. He finds Koivu screwing his girlfriend

yep, those three scenarios are only way to not see him in WILD jersey.
Granlund 2G so far tonight and 1 period left. His wrister is sick. 12 goals in 25 games that is 3rd most in whole league. That is quite impressive for playmaker.
