Sanford Activated, York Assigned to Springfield

About to get some relief in goal, in a way...

Sanford's only missed 10 games, which is surprising. It felt like more.

Hopefully he gets a few starts so that Mason begins to feel an extra "push" to play better

I hope already against Minnesota, Mason needs the rest.

Correction: Mason needs to be sent down.

Sadly, Sanford is a big question mark. Mostly likely not the answer.

Well hopefully York can play almost every game now.

Howson needs to be calling in about Schneider, Josh Harding, Bobrovsky, Jose Theodore, and Jon Bernier, like yesterday.

Anyone have an over/under on games before Sanford gets re-injured?

Yah Minnesota is an excellent game to put Sanford in there for.

I could understand if the Jackets were playing and absolute powerhouse that you would want to protect Sanfords first start from being a bad matchup..

but playing the Wild is probably about as good as it gets.

Why would a contending team want to get rid of a solid backup? Bob, schneider, Bernier aren't going anywhere, IMO

Afte last nights game in Springy, i'm pretty sure York will start Wednesday night. Not sure he will get most of the games, Riley tends to go with whoever is playing well. Hopefully York plays solid and can get the team in a roll again.
