The SEL doesn't publicize official salaries, but the average SEL club salary chart is around 60M SEK for the entire team, which is $8.9M. Divide with 23 and you get $385k/player. It's rough mathematics, but gives an idea. The best paid SEL players draw ~$700k per season.
Should be noted that some SEL clubs have a salary chart more like 30-35M SEK and some more like 80M SEK, so it differs a lot from club to club.

Joe89, sorry, but what the hell are you talking about? No SEL team has ever had a total of 60-80 million SEK in annual player salaries. Frolunda had the most expensive roster of all-time a few seasons ago, with a total of about 50 million SEK.
I don't know the accurate numbers, probably unpubblished
In Switzerland i think:
around a million $, 800 000-900 000 fr/eu the highest salaries
(In fr/eu: )
between 400 000- 700 000 usually for import players and first class swiss. (Von Arx 800. Diaz had for this year 600 000 frs) ==> 15-30 % of the team
for swiss players 90 to 300 000 ==> 70-80% of roster
+ jouniors contract 15000- 40 000 pro years ==> 1- max 6 players in poorest rosters.

I'm assuming average salaries are up a fair % from two seasons ago, and then picked a round number in the middle meanwhile dividing between amount of roster players. I also said club salary chart(leaders, doctors, GM, whatnot), not player salary chart. I assume the player chart is only about 80-85% of the total salaries, but made it easy for myself by making it a wash including juniors while dividing. I know just as much as the next guy that the salaries are all over the spectrum, and also said some clubs only pay around 30M. The salary you point towards would mean slightly over 30M for the entire team, which reading the articles probably is a fair estimate for some of the small budget teams. Depends how you interpret things, and if you include junior contracts while estimating the average. Including juniors will make the average substantially lower.
Salaries have constantly been toned down by the clubs, because they don't wanna be known as spenders in case they don't deliver on the ice. If you read through the lines, you know that the players salaries are way higher than they wanna let on. You don't make a 30M loss with 50M in player salaries, that's for sure.
If you have sources feel free to post, I'm just making my best speculation with the data available.
Alright, so that's everything, all staff and that? Not to mention all the social costs, which I would consider more of a signing bonus that regular pay.
I just remember charts from a few seasons ago, where Aftonbladet would survey all the presidents about player budgets. They were all 35, 40, 45, etc.
Slovak Extraleague - The richest teams are HC Slovan Bratislava and HC Kosice. Slovan has a estimated 4 mil € budget for this season, HC Kosice 3 mil €.
in regard of player salaries its hard to find some official infos. But i heard, that fast every old Czech player will come to this league, only if he see more that 3 000 € in month on his paycheck.
Star players, like Satan or Palffy, i think, they will earn more than 10 000 € in a month. Interesting is, that Palffy is playing in poorest team, HK 36 Skalica. The have a year budget bellow 1 000 000 €. But Palffy has his own sponsor.
Young average players are happy, if they earn 1000 € in a month.
