So... There is a game tonight or something...

Caps line up: your guess is as good as mine (Green is out).

Edit: BB still fat, OV sucks and nothing matters till PO's.

I would really like to see the caps play well tonight... as a cohesive unit, from one end of the spectrum to the other, for 60 minutes. One can hope.

Vokoun with the SO and Ward with the hat trick.

Caps win 4-0.

Yeah that would be nice because when the Caps play that way I don't believe any team can beat them.

I have confidence that we will win with Vokoun in net against his old team.

I can't believe this is the 1st time (is it?) the Caps are facing Rinne. If I recall during the lockout guys like Green and Laich were on the Bears when they torched Rinne in a playoff series on their way to the Calder Cup. Memory is a bit hazy on that but I do believe they got the better of Rinne.

Which player gets the goal, hooking penalty, and benching?

Yeah... but if starting GDT at 3:30something on the game day is blinking, what would we call starting GDT 2 days ahead (Nashville)?

P.S. I was at the preseason game at 1st Mariner, what a ****ing disaster that was...
I hope TVo and Ward show them what they are missing...

A goal, a slash and an injury.

Alternatively, not caring with three times the usual intensity.

9-0 Caps.

Ward with the Ovechtrick (all unassisted, one empty net), 0 SOG allowed, 50 save shutout for Vokoun.

Don't see Ovi scoring tonight seeing as how Nashville has last change which will cause him to see Sutter and Weber for most of the night, not to mention Rinne in net. Hopefully Vokoun brings his A-Game. I'm guessing the final score will be 2-1. Who gets 2 though is tough to guess.

I thought the Semintrick was a hooking minor, goal, and a dive?

Nashville is a type of team we probably won't play well against. We win if the bottom 6 put some in the nets. I'm looking at you Hendricks.

I've got to say, Nashville's night life and atmosphere, spilling out after game nights, must be just incredible. I gather the arena is right on the Strip, right on Broadway. Must be a great place to catch a Caps game. Very cool place in the city to build an arena.

Semin with three goals, a benching, a shift lasting 2:14, a fight, a tripping minor, a dive, and a flubbed shootout attempt.

Absolutely amazing, I've been on Broadway a few times when Bridgestone lets out. Tons of bars on that strip, ones that some of the greatest bands in the world played at. And they're tiny too, every bar with a different live band.

Mad I couldn't get work to send me down there for this one haha.
