This team would have been so much better in years to come if we would have drafted Armia AINEC. Landeskog has been the worst player on this team since the start of the season. Plus, he's one of the major reason why we are losing right now.

As proof, I have broken three remotes by hurling them at the screen in my life.

One was when Santana moss beat Roy Williams twice in the final two minutes.

The second was losing to the Eagles by like 50 points a few years ago in a do-or-die to get into the playoffs.

The third was a few weeks ago getting blown out by the (lol) "dream team".

Not quite sure on this one.

Last night I stopped watching after the 4th Penguins goal, turned on Uncharted 3, killed a few people, switched to NHL 12, put someone through the glass.. felt pretty good by the time I went to sleep.

Depends on how we lose. I used to be anger at all of the Avs 14 losses back when we were good.

If we lose 3-1 and was outmatched am much more relaxed than losing when you're up 4-0 or heavily outplay your opponent and still lose.

It's getting to the point that I don't want to watch games anymore. I mean Avs haven't played bad at all in the season, but teams are just capitalizing on our mistakes extremely easy.

Looks like me. I played MW3 after the 5th goal. It was enough for me. I actually ameliorate my K/D ratio because of my frustration. I was seeing Sacco's head everywhere...

How does someone get to be an Avalanche/Cowboy fan? I understand, say, Oilers fans liking the Broncos, but Avs/Cowboys? Man, I feel dirty just typing that.

I'm not quite sure how such things happen. Fandom moves in mysterious ways.

I remember crying as a kid when the Avs got blown out by the wings in the western conference final during the 2001/2002 playoffs. Wings went on to beat Carolina in 5 games I believe it was

Nope. Carolina won the first game. Detroit took the next 4.

After a regular season game, no not really. At this point, it is sad to say, but more often than not I expect a loss. Games I feel like we should win like Edmonton or Calgary do piss me off. I want to get to the point that we are good enough that losses are tolerable because you know the team could easily win 5,6,7 in a row. But playoffs is a different animal.

they used to. a win or loss greatly impacted how i felt. now, over the years, i've mellowed.

forsberg being retired helps me remove myself some. plus having the thrill of seeing them win two cups has also had a calming impact.

now when they win it makes me happy and i like talking about the win.

when they lose, i just focus on watching duchene and landeskog and trying to take whatever positives i can and i just tell myself the future is bright.

now, in three years if they are still a struggling club i might be on the train of anger with loses and it putting me in a bad mood.

Well I am an Avs- and Eagles - fan. Imagine that. Add the NBA lockout.

It s like payback for my Mavs winning it all this year.

No I am not from the US so rooting for the Eagles and Mavs simultaneously is fine

Edit: I really enjoyed the stomping of the Cowboys by the clusterf*** that is the Eagles right now, though

I remember I was so mad that I went out into the backyard and using my trusty tennis racket, smacked a ball in the general direction of the house and broke a $600 light on the side of the house. Yes, I was reminded of the cost and I was dragged downtown with my mom to replace it.

And in 2003 I remember crying- my best friend was over and just laughed at me. Awesome.

Now I have more important things to worry about/waste my energy over. If the Avs win, my mood is uplifted (of course). If they lose, I will vent for a few minutes and go on with my life like nothing happened. I have NEVER had someone tell me an Avs loss negatively impacted my mood. It's just a game (to me, at least).
