Latest NYR recipients of NHL trophies

Waiting for the MTL game, I looked through wiki for NHL award recipients, and thought I'd list all the "recent" wins by players on the Rangers. I've listed the most recent NYR winner of each award - and I must say their record is pretty thin... Would be cool with a ranking of teams by # of awards recieved by their players. At least since the 70's since the original 6 would dominate (excluding the Rangers, it seems).

Hart
1991-92: Mark Messier

Lady Byng
1998-99: Wayne Gretzky

Vezina
1985–86: John Vanbiesbrouck

Calder
1988–89: Brian Leetch

Norris
1996–97: Brian Leetch (also 91-92)

Conn Smythe
1994 Brian Leetch

Bill Masterton (player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship, and dedication to ice hockey)
2000–01: Adam Graves

Ted Lindsay Award (most outstanding player in the regular season as judged by the members of the NHLPA)
2005–06: Jaromir Jagr

King Clancy Memorial Trophy
1993-94: Adam Graves

NHL Foundation award
1999–2000 Adam Graves

Never won by NYR player: Art Ross, Jack Adams, Selke Trophy, William M. Jennings, Plus-Minus Award, Rocket Richard trophy, Roger Crozier Saving Grace Award, GM of the year (lol, Sather should get it for the McD steal )

And Shanny got the Mark Messier leadership award (one of several monthly recipients that year)

Prediction: Next recipient? I think Hank will get a Vezina before anybody else gets anything. Perhaps Gabby with Rocket Richard next season?

Jagr should've got the Hart in 05-06. Would've automatically got him under contract for another year, most likely avoiding the Redden signing.

This, this, and this. Giving it to Joe Thornton was a farce

Had Jagr not slowed down those final couple of games, he would have also won the Art Ross.

Oh well. Can't change the past.

....Even if it's a huge joke Thornton got it over Jagr.

Rozsival actually split the plus/minus award in 05/06 with Redden, didn't he?

Edit; yes he did. Which means Rozsival is tied with Jagr for most recent NYR trophy.

Yeah, seems so, I completely missed that. Good observation

Didn't Marty Straka win the Mark Messier award?
