Russo may disagree in terms of Koivu. I swear he is trying so hard to get into a fist fight with that guy. His tweets are pretty funny. He is REALLY trying to push some buttons. As fans, we pick on Koivu a lot, but we don't have to back it up by going face to face with the guy each night asking questions. Russo and Mikko already have some tension between them.....pretty brave to be going after him every night. I predict a throw down before the season is over.

Physical play is picking up.

Gonna say one of Peters/Falk/Prosser are going to pick a fight later in the game. Most likely agitated by Clutterbuck.

I think Kiovu is pissed about all the trade talk and nonsense around here and will score two. Book it.

It seems like our passes are all just a bit off tonight. Either a little harder than the receiver expects, a step ahead/behind, or just doesn't quite have enough juice.

this game and the underlying current of dislike makes me long for the day when we're in the central division.

Well not the worst period I've seen, but we need more zone time.

I don't know why they didn't call it when Clutterbuck got thrown into the boards. Looked like boarding to me.

Overall not bad, Blues got a lucky bounce.

Has this really become a board-wide joke?

Not just my problem.

A lot of other people have mentioned it, most of them DirecTV customers, but someone with Comcast said it was happening to them too at one point.

Not great to be down but it wasn't a horrible period. Hopefully they come out a little cleaner in the death period.

I didn't see the hit, just Clutter laying on the ice, but there's been a lot of things that could have been called. Nothing horribly egregious yet, and like last game, I'd much rather too few calls than too many.

I was wondering about that call myself. It looks dirty. Just more bad officiating I guess

And yeah, it felt like we were playing pretty aggressively, we just couldn't get any real time in their zone with possession.

Stuttering and sound loss/lag are always an issue on the service provider end except in the extremely rare case (like in Winnipeg today) where there's equipment failure at the source or first hub.

The problem is either inside of your home, or with your TV provider. It's not the network.

Rofl, Gorg suggesting Todd Richards could inherit the head coaching position in Columbus. That's hilarious both for the sheer stupidity of the suggestion, and how utterly TERRIBLE would the BeeJays be with TR at the helm?

There was nothing too terrible, and it's hard to pick out real problems. They just didn't get anything done. Down 1-0 after 1 on a bad bounce isn't anything to be too upset about though.

I don't know, haven't been that active lately but I was almost frustrated when it wasn't instant hit when that thread popped up and no one ever corrected it as far as I read. Now I'm forcing it. Kiovu.
