Refuses? I highly doubt that. You don't know what he's doing.

LOL, you have got to be kidding. You think Stoll has earned anything close to his bloated ridiculous contract this season? I literally cannot believe you think his play has been "fine". Wow do you own a company and if so can I work for you?

Jarret Stoll makes $3.5 million a year.

Jarret Stoll is on pace for 4 goals and 24 points. And that is with PP time (which 90% of 3rd liners don't get).

That is "fine" to you?

It's not even really that. It's about skill, the Kings have very little of it. The Wings do Dump and chase, Board play as well. But they have the skill to retreive the puck, and POSSES it after the dump.

The Kings lack it. It's really odd that losing Zus and Simmer, has really exsposed how thin the Kings are when it comes to Puck Possesion guys.

But no less, 4 points from your 3rd line center, and 2 goals in 40 games is UNACCEPTABLE. I don't care how big a man crush you have on Stoll.
Why are you deleting 2 pts? PP pts are pts, in case you haven't noticed. And if you're going to apply that nonsensical theory to Stoll, apply it to all the nhl 3rd liners and let's see where Stoll stands.

I'm gunna get something to eat while I wait.

No, other posters are complaining that our bottom six can't score goals. I'm just pointing out that Datsyuk just scored his 3rd goal.

Hopefully, that simplified it enough for ya.

I'll tell you what he's not doing, he's not finding us a competent coach thats for sure. How much offensive talent and games do the Kings need to piss away for this guy to get some common sense?

I am not even worried about thier scoring that much. I am more worried about thier Lack of doing anything.

They created ZERO pressure on the Wings today. For the first part of the season, they have had some flashes. But overall they have been awful for anything really.

That should worry people more. If your Bottom six does not even apply pressure.... Well it's going to be an awful season.

How many competent coaches are sitting out there wondering why they don't have a job waiting for DL to call?

Do you have high blood pressure by any chance? Seriously, I worry about you and your abrupt anger at just about anything and everything. We win you're angry. We lose you're angry.

Why don't you check and see where Stoll ranks in points as far as 3rd liners are concerned. He hasn't been great but he hasn't be terrible with his 6 pts. I won't lose any sleep over him cashing 3.5M contract.

A new Coach is not going to turn the Bottom Six into good players.

The Kings just got schooled. There is nothing more to it. Overall skill level wise Detroit is better from forwards 1-12.

Wings are a good team. They can make any team look bad, not just the kings.

That's putting it mildly. The Kings were not even in the Game at any point. Maybe the first Ten Minutes ?

It's not just a Wings thing. It's a first part of the season thing. They have been pretty bad for it. They have one decent game, then they suck for the next Five (Bottom Six).

That has got to turn around, or the Kings are simply going to be a 500. Hockey club all season.

Alright let's do this then!

Stoll has 5 points

as a third line center on their respective teams relative to ice time.

Filpulla has 14 points (3-11)
Chris Kelley has 10 points (5-5)
Dave Bolland has 7 points (5-2)
Vern Fiddler has 7 points (3-4)
Kyle Brodziak has 8 points (4-4)
Adam Henrique has 10 points (4-6)
Cody Hodgson has 9 points (4-5)
Marcus Johannson has 11 points (6-5)
Dominic Moore and Nate Thompson have split time and each have 4 and 6 poitns respectively (3-7)
Tyler Bozak has 9 points (1-8)
Max Talbot has 11 points (6-5)
Anisimov has 10 points (1-9)

Their are more but I am tired of going through the list.

Face it. Stoll needs to produce more. The whole BOTTOM 6 needs to produce more.

Hope you don't choke on your food when you read this.

Get over the Stoll man love and realize he needs to play better.

1 goal even strength. 2 goals in 40 games. You can't defend that.

My main concern is our 5 on 5 scoring. Aside from that, I'm ok with how we're playing.

FYI if you add up our top 6 5 on 5 scoring it comes in at realtively 14-12th in the league.

So where are we losing most of our offense........

Stoll has 6 points which means he's in the middle of the pack. Not great but nothing to complaint about. And I agree that the bottom 6 needs to produce more but it isn't because we don't have the right players. We have the players. We just need to put together the right line combos when everyone is healthy.

The Wings brought their A game and the Kings didn't. I believe the Kings can beat Detroit if they brought their A game, but I believe the best the Kings have played so far this year is about a B-. Even with their big win against St. Louis earlier in the year.

Someone tell me, are we in the "Suck, Trade, Fire" mode again or does it take two consecutive losses for that?
